I don't understand all these negative comments that people have wrote about the 12 Oaks property. Since 12 Oaks purchased they have spent millions upgrading this property and have made it a vey enjoyable Pite to live.

The apts are nice but loud neighbors. The security guard is a joke. Lives on the property and is bias to the office staff. My truck has been broken into 3 times with the office crew not giving a crap!! Bad Petting. Im glad im gone...

Close to interstate and shopping. I have only seen the police here once for a domestic that wasn'thing. My unit seems sound proof Fffable. The dumpster is the worst part of close community living. Some people don't know how to throw trash in a container.

The units are Rruly nice but the mgmt is absolutely Treadful. They don't care about anyone. NO sense of professionalism. The took out rent one month from me when I asked that I will pay cash and they cancel the payment on the account they had on file. They still decided to take it out from my checking account. They then charged me a fee because I was transferring accounts so the account they took the money from obviously didn't have the funds and they refused to waive it for me! Secondly, during the winter time my heater went out during the weekend when the office was closed and I had to wait till Monday to receive any kind of help. Isnt this against the law? Thirdly, the owner George is completely clueless about anything going on with any of his properties. Any time I had a question or a concern he would redirect me to his wife, Paulina or one of their other employees. He could NEVER provide any sort of answer for me. Lastly, after I moved out CSI Condos didn't return my deposit after 30 days as promised. They also took a portion of my deposit and REFUSE to discuss the matter with me about it. The first time I called and tried to get information regarding the portion they took, Pauline, got defensive and hung up on me. I contacted the owner, George, as usual he doesn't know what to tell me (literally) except that he will get someone to CALL me. I never got a call but I did but receive an email explaining to me why they took a portion of my deposit. (I already knew this as you get a letter generally explaining why they decided to take it) . I emailed them back so they could provide efficient details and explanation (as bulb replacements and filters replacements was one of the reasons for the charge) but they never did. BBB report was filed.

don't LIVE HERE!!! I had the worst experience of my life and I moved out after only 7 months. It was an absolute nightmare. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. 1. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even when people are in the hallway, you can hear them all the way into the bedroom with the door closed. 2. Smoking of any kind is allowed and my unit constantly smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke from other tenants smoking. Eventually my furniture started to stink as well. 3. Tenants would roll joints near the elevators and smoke marijuana near the window ledge. I also witnessed drug deals just outside of the elevators as well, at all times of the day and night. 4. The "security door" worked only half of the time. So people were able to get in and out of the Btructure who did not live there. Also, there were people constantly piggybacking inside the Btructure behind tenants. 5. Animals are allowed, and none of them were disciplined. Dogs were constantly barking at all hours of the day and night. Also, there were animal feces everywhere; inside of the lobby, just outside of the front security doors, all over the sidewalks, and all over the parking lot. 6. No central air or heat! There's only one unit in the bedroom and it doesn't cool or heat any other rooms in the Auite. So you're either freezing or having a heat stroke, depending on the season, in all the other rooms. All of this was reported to Btructure mgmt and they did absolutely nothing. All the other reviews regarding mgmt are completely accurate. They are incredibly rude, useless, and they protect their own employees. I lived in unit 303 and my neighbor was Btructure mgmt's maintenance man. There were three people living in that one bedroom Auite, with two large dogs, and one cat. He constantly had loud parties, he constantly smoked cigarettes and marijuana, which seeped into my Auite. I spent hundreds of dollars on air purifiers, anti-smoke candles, and fresheners. He played music on blast, with subwoofers, all day and all night.. even after approaching the neighbor myself, then eventually having to file three police reports, mgmt still did nothing about it. I reported all this to my landlord as well, she too did nothing about it and also had the nerve to keep my security deposit, even after everything I went through. She was able to find another tenant before I left, yet she STILL kept my deposit, even after telling me that she would return it to me. don't LIVE HERE! Find another Auite/condo complex!

One Elevator wasn't working for a couple of months. Staff took their own sweet time to repair it. Other elevator was always occupied people moving out / in with furnitures. The walk-ways around the Alat are always shabby with goose droppings and pet litter. The play place for kids were unusable and grimy with goose dropping. The staff are quite un-friendly. The rent is exhorbitant for the quality provided.
