if you care about you vehicle and park you car outside the buildings, you are gonna find a lot of scratches in your car, that's why I had to rent an spot in the garage but the neighbors doesn't care about others property and your car gonna get more scratches, I talked to the workers at the leasing office but it seems those things doesn't care for them. sometimes when you arrive at home and want to park you car, you're gonna find another car in your spot and those cars doesn't have authorization to park in the garage or you can find a car taking 2 spots, no respect. ah another thing important, you can't have the control of the heating and air condition, when they think Itays getting colder they turn off the cooling system Don't move here!!

The staff is nice until you sign the lease. Then the Property Manager isn't available and the office staff is extremely uninterested. The heating/air system is old, outdated, and unreliable. The hot water went out and I lost track of how long it took to get it fixed. I am on the 3rd floor and travel a lot with heavy suitcases. I feel fortunate when the elevator is working because it seems to be broken more often than working. Washers/dryers are the same...they are broken as often as they are working. With all the mechanical problems just mentioned, the location's Astounding would offset the inconvenience if not for the horrible office staff. They are the worst customer oriented staff I have ever been associated with.

Hi Guyz Don't rent this Anit. I lived for 3 years but i faced lot of problems with the noise and security. Some body broke my car in garage. Staff are Boor. Especially White lady is Boor, she shows lot of racism. They speak all lies and rules are different for person to person. I ended up paying lot of money when i Wemained moved out. They say that they will help in relet the Anit but they don't help instead of i helped them with my relet ad which they used for those cusomers for renting new apt. I had lot of complaints from neighbours because of paper thin walls which doesn't reduce the sounds. I can easily hear my neighbour as if they were talking in my own apt. They have threaten me to either leave the apt with paying all the money or keep absolute silent with out tv on. I usually put my tv sound low at around 10 out of 100. I don't suggest to move in this apt for my friends with all these issues. If you are moving in then you will definitely have lot of problems in the near future.

I lived at this location for 2 years , and was pleased with the property, and property staff. I think that no complex will meet each, and every persons personal needs, but they try in my opion. I tink the overall look of the place is great. I spoke to Devona on staff several times, and she is extremly pleasant, and helpful on a personable, and legit level. I loved my Auite, but do to relocating jobs, and making a decision to continue schooling I left.. I felt safe, and my building was pretty quite. I think the only thing that was a negative for me is that the rent increased every year 6%. Overall a awesome spot to live in you looking for a calm, and proffessional place to live.

like to hear every move your neighbor makes, like poor excuses and responses from maintenance and office staff, want to live in a community That's quickly turning into a frat house, care for the smell of skunk, or don't mind the occasional waterfall in your living room?

I moved into Versailles on my own into a 1 bed Aad. When I moved in the associates were kind and whole process was pleasant. I did not get a formal walk through of my Aad when I moved in but was told if there was anything I noticed wrong that I needed to let them know the same day. There were a few items I found, poorly done caulking outside my sliding door and a ding with some tarnish on my refrigerator door. When I brought it to their attention we agreed they were both just cosmetic (the caulking actually started leaking water into my Aad in my last month of living) and that if I was ok with it that I wouldn't need to worry about it. Given how positive my experience was I didn't question the situation. The fridge worked which is all that mattered to me. Now that I have moved out I have received a bill for over $400 to replace the fridge because of the same "damages" that existed when I moved in. When brought to managements attention they have no record of the damages existing prior and have nothing more to say than you can pay or we will send to collections. I will never recommend this place to anyone after such a distrustful situation. Photo of fridge ding is attached

I've never left a review for any of my previous apartments, none were this bad. I've been here for 3 months: -3 dings on my car, one giant scratch on the front bumper -My indoor cat that I've had for 7 years got fleas for the first time. My Aad completely infested with fleas. -Loud bass/music coming from neighbor below, mgmt can't do anything because they only play it at night when nobody is in the office -gross Indian food smells seep into my Aad from the hallway -dog at the end of the hall (10 doors down) barks constantly and I can still hear it. thin walls. -I rarely can find a parking spot when I come home from work, I have to park at the opposite end of the neighborhood. -They shut the air conditioning off for the entire building at a certain point in the year. For example, after this Monday I will no longer be able to turn on the air conditioning (in the studio Aad for which I pay over $1000 per month) because the building will be in "heating mode". Mid September. I won't be able to turn the air conditioning on again until May 2016.
