small apt, but never had problems with mgmt. had problems with:
rude neighbors
parking near a corner building of the property (around 40 parking spaces for two and a half 72 unit buildings)
residents who walk down the middle of the street at night in dark clothing (many times, unsafe)
the laundry machine operators (useless) (coinstar)

but i would definitely rent again. the grounds are kept well, place issues are taken care of quickly, and usually a quiet place to live

one other issue, rmk isn't forthcoming with security deposits to be returned. better keep those carpets cleaner than when you moved in

Don't be fooled. The folks in the office are nice when you sign up, then turn into tyrants after. The Prea is grimy. We had mice coming in regularly, on the third floor. I can't imagine how bad it was on the ground floor. They kept insisting they had solved the problem yet my cabinets were filled with mice poo. The halls were grimy, the garage looks like It's out of a horror film. And then there was the RAPE in one of the garages. don't move here. I couldn't wait to leave.

After moving in to versailles i realised I made a good choice! The staff is friendly maybee a little over friendly lol. The landscaping is one of the most Bovely things I have seen and I toured many other schaumburg area aparment homes, this place is kept up well and anytime i have a concern It's resolved within reasion. I little expencive but I know what I am paying for eveyday I go to work and I leave the heated Garage and eventually leave the grounds that are so well kept did I mention that? lol.

STAY AWAY!!! We have had NOTHING but problems here. The staff is extremely Riscourteous! We had an issue with beattles and bees in our house that took them a month to fix our patio door (we told them it needed to be replaced) after we contacted them several times with no respons to emails/phone calls/messages. Our cars were hit in the parking lot. You hear your neighbors like you are sharing a room with them. We had a leak in our bathroom that damaged the drywall and seeped through. No one returned our phone calls/messages, it took a week for someone to come look at it. Wet drywall in moist areas=mold! They have a D- rating on the BBB. You will never find parking outside either so you have to get a garage space which is $65 a month. Our heating bill for 848SF Pocation was $75!!!! Because our patio door we asked them to replace lets all the heat out. We are filing a Siny claim against them due to them not allowing us to break our lease. They want us to pay for wanting to leave such a trashy Pocation. This Pocation isn't "luxury living".

I have only lived at Versaille for three months, but, I moved here because a friend of mine recommended it. She has been here for one year this month...Before I even signed a lease I was hooked. The staff in the office were warm, friendly and oh so patient..I had many questions and they were just great about answering them. The property is beautiful. I have a lovely view from my balcony and my bedroom. I have never had to wait more than one day for a service call. The service staff is quick and spotless and always on top of things..I love the monthly get togethers we have here. Believe it or not, people actually attend!!I have met new residents at everyone of them. This morning the staff (pj's and all) were at the gates handing out breakfast in really cool little thermos bags as we drove out..This starts Resident appreciation week, A movie by the Pool, Bingo night, a candlelight wine tasting and a car wash are all to follow...Sometimes at night I can hear people but, It's never anything obnoxious...It's life!!!~ I love the stmosphere here...People walking, jogging, out and about..My last complex, I never saw anyone..This feels so much more like a community. Throw in the new clubhouse that will be built in September and the remodeling that will start soon after (apartment upgrades, and hallway redecorating) who could ask for more...It's for sure an older complex, but It's just loaded with charm. Give it a shot and remember that alot of people aren't happy unless they have something to complain about...Tall single men are encouraged to apply!!!lol

I moved to Schaumburg and was unfortunatly lived in Tree House for 6 weeks. I moved over to Versailles and let me tell you. A-M-A-ZING! It's so pretty here. They have a beautiful lake right when you enter. The apartments are plenty big depending on how big you want. The interior of each unit's got just been redone and looks even better. It's like walking into a hotel hallway. They actually use their tennis courts and they hold tournament games often. Everything I've said before is great about Versailles but what makes Versailles GREAT are two major things! Location and Clubhouse. location-wise, it's so close to everything! You could walk to Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Best Buy, and McDonalds. Also Woodfield is extremly close takes like 5 minutes. Next is the Clubhouse. Holy crap I heard a rumor on how much they spent on this thing. It's a freaking house basically. It has a great theater which can seat 50 people and the workout room is great! Every aerobic machine has its own TV which makes the 30 minute workouts go by fast! The pool is relaxing since its right next to the lake. I could go on and on about that Clubhouse just come and see it for yourself you will be amazed! I only have two minor complaints about Versailles #1. Their Speedbumps will seriously take your car out if you dont take it easy. Every other speedbumps you will come to any other place are babies compared to the ones they got at Versailles. #2 Since You've got so many people living in each Aad building they only have 3 washers and 3 dryers in each building which are almost always occupied. But I heard recently they are going to put a washer and dryer in each apt room soon. The staff is extremely nice and will be more than willing to help you out with any problems. Go check out Versailles on the Lakes b/c its one of the best apartments in the Schaumburg Area.

The reviews speak for themselves. Not a single positive thing to say about this Auite complex. rude staff, not helpful AT ALL.

When my friend's father asked the leasing agent in the office if they would feel safe having their daughter living there he surprisingly & honestly said "absolutely not". Wow. Enough said. They promote this Petting to "look" classy, but It's jank and doesn't deserve to be called anything close to "luxury living". Weird. neighbors are loud. Criminal assaults in the parking garages...just stay away... not a classy, safe, respectable Petting to call home. Don't be fooled by the decently manicured landscaping and exterior. Take your family elsewhere. Ugh, and parking is a nightmare, I have to park SO far away, which is horrible during the freezing winter!!!

I have lived here a year, and I really appreciate the nice neighbor gatherings that Versailles give. I think that this is really a nice gesture, especially for the holidays. You never know, I have met neighbors with no family around the neighborhood.

Overall, I think that this is a pretty quiet Apace complex. The only negative thing that I can say is the rent is a little EXPENSIVE.. I think that the Apace campus is kept up well. As a suggestion, I think that the plow workers should be on top of there jobs in the winter. With the sharp curves it can be extremely dangerous.

I think that its a SAD thing, but when the rent is too cheap.. "THERE GOES THE NEIGHBORHOOD" (1) Hanging in front of the buildings, or in the cars.(2) Playing loud music during the week. (3)Dead grass, and flowers. I wish that the neibors were more sociable. I noticed people are not really friendly. The office staff gets nice, and legit. good luck!
