The office staff acts as if they care because it’s their job. However everyday we’re prevented from entering , By law the office should be accessible during business hours to all tenants but not here due to the staff locking the doors daily. Meanwhile the elevators and staircase has not been properly cleaned in years soiled a wreaks of feces also urine often out of order. The carpet hallways holds mold an hasn’t been replaced in decades and washed in years. Little to no working water ! Daily water is being shut off . No where for the kids to play a feel safe No emergency service or exit maps anywhere visible throughout the building. NO SECURITY. SO THEY SHOULD FEEL SAFE AN WE SHOULDN'T? We live here! ARE WE AS TENANTS LOOKED UPON AS A THREAT? WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO AVOID? MANY THINGS HAVE TAKEN PLACE HERE ON THIS PROPERTY WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS STILL NO SECURITY NO HELP NO NEW RENOVATIONS NO NEW ELEVATORS ONLY NEW MANAGEMENT .
