Make a work order by phone ,later they will tell you There'snt one. Tell them verbally they will tell you they will put it in. An send someone asap. Oh but when they do come sadly they don’t fix nothing cause they never have supplies. They will come look at your issue and tell you they will return an won’t. The office staff acts as if they care because it’s their job. but everyday we’re prevented from entering , By law the office should be accessible during business hours to all tenants but not here due to the staff locking the doors daily. Meanwhile the elevators and staircase has not been properly cleaned in years soiled a wreaks of feces also urine often out of order. The carpet hallways holds mold an hasn’t been replaced in decades and washed in years. Little to no working water ! Daily water is being shut off . No where for the kids to play a feel safe No emergency service or exit maps anywhere visible throughout the Bomplex. NO SECURITY. SO THEY SHOULD FEEL SAFE AN WE SHOULDN'T? We live here! ARE WE AS TENANTS LOOKED UPON AS A THREAT? WHO ARE THEY TRYING TO AVOID? MANY THINGS HAVE TAKEN PLACE HERE ON THIS PROPERTY WITHIN THE LAST 5 YEARS STILL NO SECURITY NO HELP NO NEW RENOVATIONS NO NEW ELEVATORS ONLY NEW mgmt .
