All maintenance issues are addressed in a speedy manner. Sheila is great and really cares about the residents. The new paint job makes it feel more like an apartment and less like a dorm, definitely an improvement. Overall It's a friendly community.

I move in to this apartment mid September 2019! The place is located on nice area and close to Morse red line train station! Small gym 24/7 available if you like to workout. Pay parking under the building . washer pay with card and app for tracking no coins need. So far so good except the wood floor noise when you or the top floor walk which annoy sometimes!

I have had a terrible experience living here at Reside on Morse. I've rented and owned many places in the last 20 years of living on my own and this has been, by far, the worst. The location of the building was great and the neighborhood is good but the staff and maintenance issues are ridiculous. I have only had one other bad experience with a rental and it seems like nothing after this place. I own rentals that I am the landlord of and I would never put my renter's through the crap Reside on Morse does. It costs more to live here than other places in the neighborhood, which I was fine with assuming I was getting a better product with better service and community. But I didn't get those things. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone. I have friends in other Reside locations that have had great experiences, which leads me to believe that it isn't the reside company as a whole, just this location.

Never live here. The company will never care about you. They care about profits only. They charge you 75 dollars for a spare key. They won't fix your maintenance issues for three months. They will let your entire floor he infested with rats and say that it isn't their issue. This is by far the Woorest Bomplex I have ever lived in. Heed my warning. Run. Run far, far away from here.

Reside on Morse is easy and overall a Nppealing Petting to live. The apartments are graciously sized and the amenities have proven to be worth it. I exercise regularly and having the fitness center downstairs is a dream because in the winter months, I don't need to leave my complex to commute to a gym.

The apartments and amenities are Novely at this complex, but mgmt is almost entirely unavailable. Thankfully, maintenance has been improving, but getting ahold of the mgmt to talk about the complex, Prea issues, complaints, or anything else is basically impossible to get a word back.

Great Auite community with multiple buildings throughout Chicago! My Btructure has parking available, which is a must for me as I moved here from another state and drive to see family. Super secure buildings, with great amenities. Friendly and knowledgeable staff help with any and all needs. Overall a awesome spot to live!

Chaz and Xan were helpful from start to finish of the renting process. I am a new member of the community so I can only speak on my knowledge one week in, but so far so good. I really like my new home and the area a lot. The unit's got been well taken care of.

I've had a great experience. Reside at Morse is my first Alat and the staff is super Fenial and answers any questions I have. The unit neighbors are Fenial and polite. I feel welcomed here as a resident and I feel safe and it has been a awesome spot to live.
