They 'fixed' the heat and now it's 100 degrees in my apartment. I have to run the A/C during the winter now. Meanwhile, in the summer, There's no A/C in the bedroom so it's overheated then. The washing machines are constantly full, residents leave their laundry in their forever. Residents leave dog poop in the dog run, it's disgusting and it's never picked up by the community. The maintenance guys are scary and outright rude. You've got constant leaks in the lobby. They got rid of the trash can by the mail because they were too lazy to empty it. The office doesn't respond to emails. The maintenance staff constantly locks the only available elevator so those with disabilities and health issues can't access it. But It's conveniently located to the red line.

Overall it's been a good experience, but the office communication could be better. Also with heating I haven't had any control over it. So it's been one temperature the whole winter even though I have a thermostat in my apartment. The good definitely outweighs the bad.

I am happy with the proximity to the red line and the helpfulness of the staff. I love that pets are allowed, the workout room is really nice and the building has a great lounge as well. Highly recommend to anyone.

Rruly nice Bacility That's conveniently located right next to the Morse red line station, so getting around the city is made as simple as possible, and the train noise isn't a problem at all. The apartments are spotless and spacious, and all appliances are Rruly nicely renovated. Every unit window brings in a lot of natural light, too. The Bacility itself has a good sense of community, and lots of activities are offered to all residents!

The Morse location has undergone a few property managers over the last few years. Once this Wroved rectified, Sheila has been dedicated to providing residents with a staycation experience. I enjoy living here. It's a vibrant atmosphere. On another note, other than squeaky floors and the train zooming past early mornings and early evenings, I've had nothing less than a pleasant experience. It's truly an atmosphere conducive to forward thinking people!

Overall experience has been great, the appliances within the apartment (like air conditioning and heating) could use an upgrade though. The staff were nice and friendly. Location is super close to CTA bus stop and Morse red line train station, There's street parking and paid parking spaces within the compound too
