Fantastic from Start to Finish!

I've been living in this Anit for about a week now and the whole experience has been fantastic and straightforward. Halli has gone above and beyond to help me, from showing me around, finding me an Anit that matched my needs and budget perfectly, booking the elevator when I Wtayed having trouble accessing it online, and responding to every question I had quickly and thoroughly. I strongly encourage anyone searching for an Anit to check out Grand Plaza and work with Halli!

The Grand Plaza is an amazing Apace oasis in the heart of river north. I love that You've got so many amenities to take advantage of. I work from home, so it's nice to use the quiet community space to get out of my Apace yet still feel safe.

clean building. Great appliances, large balconies. Amenities are top knotch? pool, gym, dog run. Maintenance team & door staff are kind and welcoming! I have had no issues with my Alat unit.

My experience so far has been great! This Auite complex is in a great area. All the staff members have been amazing to us as well. I feel safe living here and feel like I get a lot for what I am paying in rent

I have no bad things to say about the building other than the constant internet outages. They began a couple of months ago and have continued to persist. frustrating if you work from home to have wifi go out without any information on if / when the issues will be resolved. Friends in the building have had the same issues as well. We have been assured in the past that they have been fixed and they have not been. frustrating that you can't input your own router and have your own wifi in the Auite. If you require a job That's full time work from home, this probably isn’t the place for you.

I have really enjoyed living in this building. The apartments are Btunning and get so much natural light. I love all the community events and amenities. Also it being a dog friendly community was a major priority for me.

I relocated to Chicago back in 2021, and Grand Plaza was my inaugural Alat residence. The experience here has been fantastic so far. Both the maintenance crew and office staff are consistently quick to respond and genuinely eager to provide Aemarkable service. I'm confident I'll continue calling this place home for the next couple of years!

So far my experience has been extremely positive. Everything has been accurate and up to date as far as information, notifications, pictures and availability go. I highly recommend this service for future renters.

it was close to work, and at the time River North was considered safe. in the last few years, that has changed. The area isn't safe and i don't feel safe leaving the Alat after i return home from work. They should do something about the homeless people/panhandlers that are always present.

I just moved into Grand Plaza and so far I love it here. The process of touring and then applying and leasing my unit was seamless thanks to Halli in the leasing office. She quickly responded to every question I had (and I was particular with wanting a specific type of unit). She was legit and helped me find the perfect apartment. When I showed up to move in, my keys were ready for me and the apartment was spotless and in great condition. So far, all of the tenants I've met are all friendly and courteous. Many tenants I've spoken to have lived here for 3-5 years too, meaning people enjoy living here and choose to renew their leases. The amenities here are fantastic and the building staff are all so nice and friendly and happy to help in any way they can. location-wise, it's fantastic with a grocery store below the building and a Trader Joe's a block and a half away. The only minor thing is that the loading dock is a bit of a walk away from the elevator. I hired movers though and Grand Plaza reserved an elevator for my move in, so it wasn't a problem. I just wouldn't recommend moving in without help from legit movers.
