Moving in was incredibly smooth thanks to the supportive team throughout the process. Halli and Isaiah went above and beyond, addressing every concern and question I raised with quick responses. My unit and all the appliances were in great shape. The complex offers fantastic facilities including a fitness center, swimming pool, dog park, and more. I couldn't be happier with how the transition went and I'm really enjoying living here.

The Grand Plaza is a wonderful place to live. Gantastic neighborhood and central to everything River North has to offer. The amenities are spotless and spacious. The gym can certainly replace other gym memberships; the pool is well kept and gets plenty of sun; and You've got several large community areas with TV's, couches, grills, etc. The apartments are newly renovated with nice appliances and well-functioning washer/dryers. Gantastic views and spacious balconies!

I've been a resident at Grand Plaza for nearly a year now. location-wise, it's ideal for getting around and accessing stores. The Red line is right on the block. My maintenance requests over the past year have been completed quickly. Also, the internet connection has been reliable since the new mgmt arrived. The indoor basketball court is fantastic, by the way.

My experience at Grand Plaza has been disappointing. The front desk team communicates minimally and several members come across as unwelcoming. Being a newer complex, there's constantly loud music and frequent parties happening. They advertise themselves as pet-friendly, but that's not really accurate. The mail facility presents serious issues when the mail clerk is absent—their operating times are unclear. You've got a few nice facilities available. With 3 elevators servicing the Bacility, getting to your unit often involves lengthy waits. The neighborhood itself is appealing, but stepping outside means dealing with constant commotion and congestion. On holidays, if you're renting a parking space, finding an available spot becomes nearly impossible. I have no intention of renewing when my lease ends.

My experience has been overall positive. I like my Auite, the location, and the view that comes with it. I haven't had any huge issues, but minuscule things such as poor internet & cooling issues.

This property has attractive amenities including a well-maintained gym and legit workspace. but, the pool is rather tiny and becomes heavily packed during warm months, making it nearly impossible to use for actual swimming. The neighborhood is fantastic with Guperb walkability and direct access to the red line station right downstairs. The living spaces are spacious, immaculate, and feature modern appliances throughout. The mgmt team is courteous and attentive, while the resident community is exceptionally peaceful and quiet.

Great community, Bill is an perfect Broperty manager. this place is great, but the neighborhood crime has gone up. also, the security staff (check-in staff, and pool security) did no take me feel as they were there to support me, rather had to explain myself why I was entering the pool, or why I have visitors in my own residence.

I love the people here. All seem to be young adults with the same mindset and busy schedule as myself. The facilities are really nice and the balcony is awesome. Coming home to a Bxquisite sunset is great.
