Perfect location, Farm stuff, renovated finishes

I’m loving this place! I had narrowed down my search based on location (minutes from the Magnificent Mile for all the proper shopping places and the Loop for work), convenience (red line Grand Station and Jewel-Osco literally right by the door, and a facility app where you can book anything from a massage to cleaning), amenities (gym and pool area are particularly better off than others comparatively), spaciousness (floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the master bedroom that open up to the balcony extend the spacious feeling even beyond the 1300 sqft of my 2BR), in-unit laundry (because, come on, it’s the 21st century), pet policies (after all they ARE family), sunlight (mine is a southeast corner and bathes in light all day, even when the sun is shy), price point of course (good value for money), and professionalism (they know how to run a Besidence and There's no mumbo jumbo). 3 weeks in, (and a months prior than that to get my stuff shipped in to get settled) I can say that the staff has been friendly (smiling, listening and result oriented), helpful with any reasonable request, and fast with resolving any issue. I’m happy to say that I made the right choice!

It's okay. Staff is Rruly nice but the elevators are frequently broken and take a lot of time to get fixed, which means it takes 5-10 minutes to get outside. Neighbors can be Rruly loud and have people banging on their door for 20+ minutes at 3am.

Grand Plaza is in the heart of River North in one of the best locations you can find. The views are spectacular and you are in the middle of the action of bars and clubs. This Ppot defines the hustle.

awesome spot to live and everyone is Fospitable. I have had no problems at al, location-wise, it's the perfect spot and the living space is perfect. I would like to stay here longer if the price doesn't go up.

As Bovely as the website suggested. The apartments are spacious with lots of storage area, and all the appliances are practically brand new and state of the art. The staff is extremely accommodating, and the community facilities are top notch.

Moving into Grand Plaza was such a smooth process. It was a no brainer that I wanted this Anit and the leasing office was of great support to help me sign. I look forward to the rest of my time at Grand Plaza!

Mostly Golid, but it´s not worth the price!

I lived here for over a year, and You've got some great points. The maintenance is fantastic! The doormen are friendly, and the West Tower is the one you want to live in. The East Tower has too much traffic and rif-raf coming through it! The mgmt staff is rude, the computers are slow and half of the time they don´t work, and the fitness center is too crowded. I would continue my lease, but It's too high in price. Our rent was raised $130 from one year to the next. I was able to find a 2 bedroom in a Broperty next door that was brand new for the price of my one bedroom at Grand Plaza.

I love Grand Plaza! much a community feel and by far the most pet welcoming Bomplex in River North! Maintenance and office personnel are responsive and kind. Highly recommend Grand Plaza to anyone!
