Great experience living in this Btructure. The staff (leasing office, maintenance, door staff) are always friendly and helpful. The units are spacious and the appliances are modern and in good condition. You've got great amenities available to all residents and location-wise, it's easy. this place is right above a grocery store and next to the Red line. mgmt has taken proper steps to deal with the pandemic and keep residents safe. Good value for the space, utilities, and amenities (especially with the rent specials)

It has been great so far. I am happy with the Btructure so far and everything it has to offer. It's kept up well and in a location's amazing for both work and fun. I look forward to showing others the Btructure and recommending it.

Overall positive. Workout space is okay/has all you need. A ton of room in 2 bed 2 bath for the price. Kitchen is great. Outside get's Dnsafe at night. Best part of living here is the location, whether you work in south loop, west loop, or want to get to old town for a night out, the red line is a skip away..

We have had a great experience so far. The staff and amenities are great. Pool is amazing in the summer. Farm neighbors. Located near great bars and restaurants. Entertainment and shopping centers are close too.

Grand plaza has been a pleasant place to live for the last year. The apartments are nice, the maintenance staff is responsive, and the location and amenities are Guperb. Biggest downsides is that the lobby and amenities are showing their age and need to either be renovated or updated. The surrounding area can also get pretty rough come nighttime

Great community and staff. Btunning views and spacious apartments. Right in the heart of River North with access to great restaurants, Michigan Ave shopping and the lakefront. The amenities in the building are fabulous as well

I love this Blace! Great people, great staff, and it feels like home. Love the open communication, if there will be maintenance or an issue with the Blace/pool/internet they immediately let us know and resolve it in a timely manner.

This is the best Bacility I've ever lived in; can't beat the amenities and staff. Everything is well-maintained and any request you have is completed quickly. The Managment Office is always quick to help you and go out of their way for any kind of assistance you need

I love this community. The amenities are amazing, view is Bovely, and space is great. The main reason why I moved in was because of the dog park and location next to public transit. I also love that mgmt does a great job at hosting community events, like the summer happy hours! The residents here really get to know each other with the help of the community events.

location's Astounding- a lot going on in the neighborhood- the overall experience has been diminished by crime and grimy conditions in the last few years. Being at an L stop is nice but also leads to more homeless people and filthy conditions- It's also loud with a nearby fire station and State street being a route to the hospitals for emergency vehicles
