Parc Huron is a wonderful place to live. Off the beaten path of most river north establishments, Parc Huron feels like a neighborhood community but still provides speedy access to work and entertainment in the most popular downtown spots. The staff is wonderful and my guests are always awestruck when I show them the rather unique amenities the property offers.

We moved into Parc Huron in the winter of 2018, and the experience has been nothing but positive. The staff is always friendly, and knows who you are within days of moving in. Would strongly recommend!!!

It's a beautiful, classy property, where you are welcomed home by staff. It's a peaceful oasis in River North and a lovely place to call home. There are views of either the Chicago River of the resident park; it is close to restaurants, galleries and bars. It is VERY dog friendly.

This property is honestly gorgeous and is very well-kept by the maintenance staff. Clean, and all of the amenities are always looked after. Overall very pleasant and welcoming, I love my apartment unit so far.

The staff have been very helpful and always ready to try to resolve situations right away. It is very convenient building with a great location. The amenities are also very nice. The health club right there on the 2nd floor and the cyber cafe has helped me with my business as I have gotten rid of my printer and use the cafe for my business needs Also while you can get away from it all you feel part of a community

Excellent place to live. Very beautiful building that is well maintained. The staff here is great and do an excellent job. They make you feel at home and always try to help make your stay here great. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a wonderful place to live.

parc Huron has been nothing short of phenomenal. The staff (front desk, maintenance, and managers) truly go above and beyond in their roles. Best apt I have lived in! The appliances are great and up to date. Only downfall is the air conditioning can be faulty and water dispenser on the fridge. The view from apt is incredible.

Parc Huron is a true luxury living environment. The staff meets every need with haste and the quality of units could compete with any luxury living space in Chicago. Additionally, the property is located in the most neighborhood-like area of river north providing its tenants with the perfect balance between minimal noise and quick city access.

My experience at Parc Huron has absolutely exceeded my expectations. Moving into this building has made the sticker shock coming from Orlando much easier to swallow, solely due to the quality, staff and overall community.
