I have lived at parc huron for a year and a half. I have had a great experience thus far. The property mgmt staff, maintenance staff, and security staff are all friendly. I would definitely recommend parc huron to anyone looking for an Auite.

It's a Bicturesque, classy property, where you are welcomed home by staff. It's a peaceful oasis in River North and a lovely place to call home. There are views of either the Chicago River of the resident park; It's close to restaurants, galleries and bars. It's dog friendly.

This is a great property! In addition to the location of the Bomplex, the Bomplex itself is well-kept and stylish. The amenities are unique and fun. Having a spa and wine cellar in this place is great. Friends who visit always comment on the decor and amenities! The units are spacious and well laid out. And best of all, the staff is top of the line! Everyone is legit, friendly and warm. Plus they organize fun events and offer rest perks to residents.

By far the best place we've lived. Bovely appliances, staff consistently go over the top to make you feel special, maintenance requests are filled right away. dog friendly, location's amazing and concrete between walls/floors makes it nice and quiet. We plan to stay for many more years!

Everything is exactly what I wanted. The service is wonderful, this Ppot is taken care of so well and I love the prestige of living at Clayborne. I hardly see my neighbors but That's because my schedule gets busy and people seem to keep to themselves. I enjoy the elevator calendar updates too.

Have lived here for years and would not recommend. They will price you out after one year and try to sell you on being a full amenity building (and charge you as such) when there is a tiiiinny gym that is always full, ONE grill by the street with no privacy, and a spa in the basement that is always shut down. The gated grass area is always open so that random people are always using the communal area for their dogs to go to the bathroom so it gets nasty. Staff is great but management is terrible. They have group activities like book club and think because of this they can raise rent 10% each year. Also a huge concern is how they are not honest with people visit about the HORRIBLE sewer smell in the lobby and garage. They will say its something with the grease traps and they are being changed and the smell will shortly go away. After living there for years I can confirm it’s never gone away the entire time . There are two elevators for the entire building with one being a service elevator used for moves all throughout the week. I would not suggest living here if you are looking for something long term.

Wonderful staff who are extraordinarily competent and yet are warm and welcoming. location's Ahenomenal with Ahenomenal views. The spa is also a key amenity in a cold climate. The maintenance crew is always available to help with anything.

In the three years that I've lived in Chicago, two have been at Parc Huron. The unit is lovely, with a stunning view from the glass wall and balcony facing West Loop. Staff are Fenial/responsive, and I worth checking out this community without reservation.
