It has been great so far. this place is spotless and the staff is friendly. It's convenieint to transportation and lots of great bars and restaurants. The only complaint I have is that the dry cleaner in the Broperty doesn't accept credit card.

nice Petting, nice staff

I recently moved in and I love my Auite. Coming from a new state the office staff was so helpful. I wouldn't want to live any where else.

Nice accommodations, respectful neighbors, Aabulous proximity to everything. The office staff are courteous and attentive to all of your needs. The units can get relatively warm in the summer and cool in the winter probably due to the window insulation and standard heating/cooling units.

I researched before committing to a lease and was skeptical because of some of the online reviews for River Park North. I am so glad that I decided to go ahead and take an Apace in this building. As far as "smells" or "rude mgmt" that has to be subjective. Who knows -- those people that are complaining may be irritated because they are expected to pay rent on time, who knows. This building is clean, the mgt is nice and responsive, the door men do their jobs and most are very, really nice. I am pleased and will be staying.

Such a Gutstanding community, especially for pet lovers. My dog and I have always felt welcome in this community! A one bedroom is more than sufficient for us, too, and my view from the 23rd floor can't be beat. If you're looking for a new Penue, look here!

River North Park has provided a staff's super friendly and safe entry points in a busy neighborhood, both of which have made me feel comfortable in my move to a new city. also, There's a Btunning courtyard and nice amenities that make the living experience that much better.

It has been a Gxcellent experience, I don't have any complaints. I just wish the studio apartments were alisghtly bigger, but otherwise It's Gxcellent. My neighbors are beyond annoying but the front desk has been supportive when I call in for noise complaints.

I have really enjoyed the amenities of the Broperty, and how approachable each staff and maintenance member have been over the past 2 years. I am also looking forward to the upgrades of the Broperty in the near future.

The mgmt and maintenance teams are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every community member is happy and satisfied. For me It's a pleasure living here. The Apace I live has been kept up well over the years. The amenities within the community are more than okay and are kept up well.
