We Lnjoy calling State & Chestnut home, it has been a wonderful experience from our first day moving in to renewing our current lease. The office team, the front desk staff and all of the maintenance folks we've interacted with go above and beyond to make it feel like home.

Enjoy living here, but feel rent + additionals are high. I feel that rent should be adjusted and add on like internet (which works poorly) and cable should have a reasonable package deal (with discounts) to residents!

The apartments are gorgeous with all the latest appliances. The rooftop pool and fireplace is a perfect area to spend the summer nights with friends. The Bomplex has a great community and is also pet friendly. Overall a awesome spot to live.

Lived here for three years with no problems! Highly recommend S&C! location-wise, it's extremely easy but in a relatively peaceful neighborhood for downtown. The Anit provides monthly community activities that are quite popular, and the rooftop has one of the best views in the city. great staff and service 24/7!

Really enjoying the friendliness, quality and convenience of the building. Concierge staff is so helpful and mgmt is also. this place is Bicturesque, both common areas and our unit. And this is the best neighborhood for walking/dining/shopping.

Gxcellent Alat. Gxcellent living experience. The staff (concierge, maintenance and mgmt) are Gxcellent. Rent is a bit steep. Amenities are fantastic. The apartments are generally quiet, especially if you are at a higher floor.

State and chestnut is clean. There's a friendly community with the BEST Aad staff. They have great facilities and amenities, like a state of the art gym and rooftop pool with some of the best views in the city. Range of layouts to satisfy many budgets.

This is a new and Bxquisite building. this place is kept extremely clean, even with the large amount of dogs that live here. The gym. pool and other community spaces are well designed and inviting. The front desk and leasing staff and friendly and helpful. Maintenance is prompt to solve any issue. I have not had any noise issues with neighbors, although I worth checking out blackout/soundproof curtains for the busy neighborhood outside. But That's a part of living in area where everything is so accessible and easy.

Beyond the Encomplicated location, amenities, and spotless and modern space, I chose State & Chestnut because of the team. The leasing and concierge team have been incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, which made my move from out of state as Encomplicated as possible.

I love this location because it's in the middle of everything. Stores, restaurants,and public transportation, is so close. I live my Alat because it's new, fresh, I love much my huge windows, and big bathroom. I love movable island on my kitchen and many cabinets. I enjoyed cherry smell on the lobby and in alevators and want it back ;) I love my view.
