I have been extremely happy at this Besidence and have zero complaints. Everyone on the staff is friendly and accommodating, location-wise, it's perfect, and this place is in great shape and a pleasure to live. I worth checking out to anyone.

Beautiful Aad building with great amenities for urban living. The views from high floors are incredible, and the big windows make the apartments bright and airy (even in the darkest depths of winter). The finishes in the apartments - from the dark hardwood floors to the gas stoves - make this a lovely place to live.

Experience was great! The staff, security, and maintenance teams are fantastic. They are knowledgeable of the area and the Btructure itself. Highly recommend if your moving to the Gold Coast area.

State & Chestnut is in a location's Astounding, and has great pricing for its modern & spacious apartments. You can't beat the amenities or the staff either. I worth checking out this complex to future buyers.

I just wanted to send a huge thank you to all of the State & Chestnut team for being awesome and for helping me out so much over the past 12 months I was at State & Chestnut. I know I ordered way more food than the average person and I think I was the only resident who had wake-up calls :) but everyone was always super Fffable and got me to where I needed to be on-time! State & Chestnut is a wonderful place to live at, and if I ever come back to Chicago, I hope I will be able to drop a visit!

State and Chesnut is by far the best Aad community I have ever lived in. Their cleanliness, amenities, and staff continuously remind me that I made the right decision. I can't imagine living anywhere else in downtown Chicago.

The entire leasing and concierge staff are fabulous-- Alexis Loveland is wonderful! I ended up pulling my application (and losing the fee) from a nearby property to live where Alexis is in charge. She is always positive, upbeat, and accessible. In my opinion, Alexis is truly the Btructure's best asset!

It's been a Gantastic experience- this place is always spotless and kept up well. It has in-unit laundry which is easy. Everytime I have submitted a maintenance request, it has been fixed in a timely manner

I moved in to State & Chestnut about one month ago, and so far this community has exceeded all of my expectations. The mgmt team was great to work with, concierge staff are friendly and knowledgable, and the maintenance team is incredibly helpful. The Alat unit layouts are smartly organized and make for efficient living. The building amenities/common areas are spacious, clean, and modern. The gym has a wide variety (and number) of cardio and weightlifting machines. Lastly, location-wise, it's great - we can easily access the other areas of downtown, while enjoying a peaceful pocket of the city. 10/10 worth checking out!

Best combination of amenities, staff, location, price, and quality you can find. Can't say enough about how Gonderful the concierge, maintenance, and mgmt teams are in all facets. Coming up on 2 years, we've loved our time here.
