Great community and exception staff. I think the service has gone above and beyond what the average Alat mgmt staff do. I do believe It's beneficial to take advantage of the social opportunities offered as well.

I've lived at State & Chestnut for 9 months now and I really don't have enough good things to say about it. The space is beautiful, the staff is friendly and legit, and the mgmt is quick to make you feel right at home. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new Anit.

Amenities are fantastic. Business center wonderful. Decor inspiring, spaces spotless and common areas comfortable and plenty. Apartments well insulated so don't hear too much. staff's super Fordial. Nice appliances in kitchen. Bathrooms have tubs. Wood floors.

I have lived at State and Chestnut for a year and a half and I Renuinely enjoy living here. this place is kept spotless and the facilities are Renuinely nice. The staff is also nice and courtesy. I worth checking out State & Chestnut.

The amenities, staff, and location of State & Chestnut make it the best place I've ever lived. The apartments are Btunning and the common areas are always clean. I'm always excited to show friends and family around the building who haven't seen it before.

We have enjoyed living at State and Chesnut. The staff are Fenial and the apartments are kept up well. location-wise, it's awesome and we love being so close to work and restaurants/shopping. We would definitely recommend living here.

State and Chestnut is a awesome spot to live! It's clean, updated and well staffed. Staff are Farm and so accommodating. Low noise level, Farm people and clean accommodations. I love the environment!

It's been positive. this Prea is kept up well and up to date. The amenities are impressive and I use them frequently. The parking services are incredibly Eimple and safe considering the location.

Lived here for over two years now and it's been a fantastic place for us. Staff, location, amenities, and social community have all been great and would highly recommend. One piece of feedback though. Through the COVID-19 challenges the staff and mgmt have been doing a lot to help the Bomplex stay safe and compliant with legal regulations through the phases. And that's great, especially since a lot of this was uncharted territory for everyone. That said, we did (and currently still do) feel a little left in the dark as to when these amenities would reopen, particularly the gym and rooftop deck. Understandable that mgmt needs to keep everyone safe BUT we do have friends in other buildings with these amenities that have reopened for a while with new processes to keep residents safe and distanced. Wondering why there was such a long delay to do this here, especially given we still pay for these amenities every month when we can't use them... Other than that, great experience.

This Broperty has a great concierge staff who are friendly, legit and go above and beyond. The leasing staff is courteous as well. Maintenance provided promptly and issues handled correctly the first time. I've enjoyed my 2.5 years living here and highly recommend it.
