This building is fantastic thanks to its perfect location! The team really goes above and beyond—Lola especially brings such warmth, positivity, and genuine support to every interaction! David and Pamela at the front desk are absolutely amazing! The maintenance crew responds quickly and completes work efficiently. The housekeeping staff is cheerful and pleasant too! The facility amenities are wonderful! The gym stays reasonably quiet with well-maintained, fully functional machines. During summer months, the pool becomes a wonderful social hub and the shared spaces feel peaceful and welcoming. My only complaint would be that the parking garage could use heating. :(

I'm thrilled with this property because it feels secure, recently built with contemporary features, offers fantastic facilities, and welcomes pets. As my initial residence since relocating to Chicago, it's exceeded my expectations. The only thing that would make me stay indefinitely proves if the rent were more budget-cordial!
