Xavier has been a phenomenal property to call home. The staff and residents are all friendly and accommodating. I wouldn't recommend the location to people with small children unless they are prepared to be surrounded by active young adults.

I love living at the Xavier apartments this place is well kept cleaned and a safe environment for kids and adults I have been living here for 1 year and some months and I love the Besidence and the staff they make sure we have a safe and secure

has been great so far. Bacility has great views. move in process was hassle free. Quiet neighbors, clean lobbies, and Fordial front desk workers. Price is reasonable, solid bang for the buck. Only downside is the gym is a bit small and outdated and You've gotnt many good gyms nearby around the neighborhood.

Fffable environment and inviting environment. Nothing like it on the weekends in the summer when everyone is having a good time on the pool deck! The amenities are top notch and the staff is Fffable and helpful when called upon.

It's costs way too much but I enjoy living here. mgmt needs to reevaluate their pricing based on comparable properties around the neighborhood. If they don't, its be nice if they reconsidered the rental rates and deposit to use the amenities at the Blace.

My experience living in Xavier apartments is amazing. but, I believe the move in rate or deposit for a pet is extremely Extravagant. I enjoy the community, events, and the ambiance of the building. I would also consider renting the space on the future for events on the 18th floor. The staff is helpful and insightful about the building and the surrounding community.

The Xavier community was the Pmpeccable fresh start that I needed, while entering this new chapter in my life. The staff had made my actual move-in process run stress free, and the work from home level has been such a huge help with my job. Such a laid back, but respectful vibe here. Love the location and my studio/convertible unit is the Pmpeccable size for me. :)

awesome spot to live. There were a few issues with the Anit upon move in, but the maintenance staff attended to these problems in the same day and everything was corrected. Leasing manager was a bit unresponsive and un-timely at first, but this has since been corrected as well.

The staff at Xavier is legit, competent, and friendly. Work orders are handled in a timely manner and the staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure resident satisfaction. Although location-wise, it'sn't in the heart of the action, the Besidence design, amenities, and events make up for it.

I have not been here too long but from what I see in the past 24 hours, I am a fan and think everything is Renuinely nice, especially the grounds and amenities. The parking an rent is a little steep but what are you gonna do.
