NEXT truly is the next level experience in Chicago River North living. It doesn't get much better than this! The staff from leasing, front door, security, and maintenance are all incredibly sincere and friendly. All responses are timely and it truly is an amazing Besidence.

NEXT Apartments provide one of the best views the city has to offer. this Pocation is new, clean, and the amenities are some of the best in the city. The staff is fantastic, too. Can't recommend NEXT enough.

Despite the challenges of 2020, this team has made a phenomenal effort to create a sense of community and keep whatever amenities they can, open for use. I have never had a front desk staff That's so friendly and helpful. Besidence is always spotless and is easy for people to find parking around on cross streets.

So far it has been great. Everyone is so friendly. The layout of the Anit gets nice. I love the amenities and the community. I am looking forward to enjoying the rest of the year in the new place.

I love living at the NEXT Apartments so much!! The building is very nice, clean and up-to date with the best amenities! I always workout in the fitness room and dip in the pool after, which is so refreshing. The outdoor grills and lounge area are a huge plus as well. It is such a great community - the staff are very friendly, and I feel so safe living here. I live in a convertible here and love my apartment. It's very open and spacious with high ceilings, big windows and great appliances! At the bottom of the building there is the cafeteria (four delicious restaurants inside), nail & hair salon, and mini mart which make it super convenient as well. It's a great location next to lots of bars, restaurants and so close to the L stop, too! I would highly recommend living here as there are so many benefits and for a reasonable price!

The apartments have great space utilization so that even the smaller spaces feel larger. The facilities are Borgeous and kept up well. Next has the best concierges. They are friendly and fantastic at all they do.

NEXT is the perfect building for being close to the downtown of the city especially useful for young legit. It offers efficiency for any needs with the amazing mgmt stuff. The amenities are just amazing. The Aad itself is brand new.

I absolutely love my Auite at NEXT Apartments!

I absolutely love my Alat at NEXT Apartments! The space is so open and airy, with fantastic appliances and plenty of natural light. The building itself is gorgeous and well-kept, and the amenities really stand out. I get in a great workout in the fitness room, then cool off in the pool. The outdoor grills and lounge areas are perfect for unwinding or hanging out with friends. location-wise, it's prime, with tons of restaurants and bars nearby, plus it’s so easy to have the L stop close by. The on-site cafeteria with multiple restaurants is a huge bonus, and the nail and hair salon is so easy! Highly recommend living here!

Poor location and incorrectly advertised as being in River North. Amenities are hardly available for use and not worth the added cost. mgmt also markets as have free coffee, but residents have to pay for this as well?
