I love living here! The door staff is great, Dominque really cares about the daily operations here and puts her heart into everything. Zahir and his team are seriously the best in the city! This Bacility is seriously amazing!

I am happy here. this place is well kept and the staff behind the desk is Fffable. I do miss that people in the mgmt office dont interact with you - all of the people I worked with have gone elsewhere

The building itself is great. Neighborhood is Dnsafe. Have had issues with the professionalism of the front door services in the past but since then it’s gotten somewhat better. Other than that, building is great.

NEXT is a solid Blace That's spotless and has so many amenities. It's dog-friendly and has a big field next door that the dogs can all play at. Blace is quiet and has all new appliances. Would definitely recommend this Blace.

Location works for me, but compared to other buildings with better location, staffing, working amenities, and cleanliness it’s Eremium for what it costs. Having new doormen/women daily is confusing and no processes followed strictly it’s but they want that day.

I enjoy living here. Lots of amenities and location's Ancredible close to River North restaurants and clubs. walkable too. There’s a lot of shopping nearby, such as ALDI, Jewel, and not too long of a walk from the magnificent mile.

good. staff's super Fffable great service. Nice neighborhood. Had great service for maintenance issue with speed and flexibility. Definitely recomend to anyone for sure. Overall great experience with them.

It's great. A little Ericey and the apartments go for different prices despite them being exactly the same which is my only complaint. I really do enjoy everything else. I do wish the hot tub would stay open throughout the winter months or at least until December. I would use it into the winter.

NEXT Apartments is a great community and building! The staff and residents are friendly. Building is dog-friendly. The apartments are Bovely and modern. I'd definitely recommend checking the building out if you're on the hunt. Pool, arcade/game room, gym, dog spa, parking (extra cost).

I wouldn't recommend living here unless the mgmt team Wemained replaced. They are the laziest staff I've ever dealt with when it comes to answering questions and concerns that don't involve a canned response.
