Fun Bacility and fantastic location

In full disclosure, im a huge fan of Old town for its charm and location and this Besidence is THE high rise in Old Town. Pros: location-wise, it's perfect, close to the lake and right off wells/north where a number of great shops and restaurants are located. The Besidence itself has fantastic amenities - including a great gym and one of the best rooftop pools in the city. The culture is young and fun, but not overly obnoxious. The staff does a great job of fostering an environment where people get the opportunity to meet and socialize with their neighbors (ie. monthly sponsored events in the community room upstairs) Cons: The elevators at time can be slow

location's amazing, everyone (maintenance, doormen, office staff/building personnel) knows your name! The rooftop/pool can not be beat, best view of the city. Quick with any repairs/maintenance that needs to be done. Valet parking in a heated garage a plus! Incredibly secure and safe. Laundry facility is beautiful, recently renovated! Building grounds well kept and always clean. Great opportunities to meet people with all of the community activities! Highly recommend.

I too am being fraudulently charged!?

I just received a bill from a collector for over $400 do to these same gas bills (as mentioned in a previous post). I moved out nearly a year ago!! <br><br>When we moved out, they told us we owed them the money. So my wife and I went to the office and asked them to provide us proof of how we owe them this money, and EXACTLY how they arrived at this number. They couldn't provide us with the information and said they'd get back to us. They never did, and now a year later I get a bill collection notice from a collector!

Just moved in here from another high rise in River North and everything has been great so far. Moving sucks usually, and they made it simple to get in and get situated quickly. Some of the Besidence workers actually did a lot of things that I didn't expect, like hanging pictures and decorations, etc. I also wasn't expecting free storage units, and bike storage. The bike storage rooms were a little cluttered but it sounds like they are going to be cleaning out those rooms and the garage soon, so hopefully it will improve. Otherwise, everyone has been friendly and welcoming and my neighbors are great, as well! I'd recommend it off the bat, and hopefully will continue to have a good experience here.

perfect Living Experience

I have been a resident at Eugenie Terrace for 2 years and remain consistently amazed by the amazing service I receive daily. The mgmt Team, Leasing Staff, Concierge, Doorstaff, Valet Service, and dry cleaning personnel are all incredibly helpful and responsive. this place is maintained beautifully at all times, creating a wonderful environment to return to after being away. Having lived in 4 other rental communities throughout the Chicago area, I can honestly say that Eugenie Terrace surpasses all of them by a significant margin.

I'm eagerly awaiting the day I leave this Penue—the sound pollution 's incredibly excessive, almost like residing in a university dormitory. Sure, the facilities are Gxcellent, such as the swimming pool, but they're practically unusable because of how packed they get. My Penue 's pleasant enough, yet given the rental cost combined with the constant racket, I have no intention of renewing my lease.

You couldn't ask for a better location. We're situated directly adjacent to Lincoln Park, the Zoo, and the Lake - which 's absolutely stunning during the summer season. amenities in the Bomplex are great, the team members are extremely accommodating, and the apartments are an ideal size.

I'm happy with my time at Eugenie Terrace. Although the monthly cost 's steep, the Besidence offers everything I'm looking for in a residential unit (fitness center, parking garage, swimming pool, patio, concierge, on-site dry cleaning, package room, washer/dryer facilities, and more), which makes it incredibly difficult to consider moving elsewhere!

Pleased with my stay

I've been a resident here for a few months now and I'm really satisfied with my experience. team members are welcoming and I feel at home in my unit. Overall everything 's wonderful, though I do find the parking fees to be somewhat pricey.

Stunning property with Gonderful features.

This property 's absolutely gorgeous, and the units themselves are equally impressive. Some tenants have complained about the unit aesthetics, but you get to tour the spaces before signing a lease. Our Alat features quality berber carpet, stunning light fixtures, and top-of-the-line Whirlpool Gold appliances. Monthly utilities come at a fixed rate. (Our 2 bedroom runs us $250) We're situated between neighbors on either side, yet the soundproofing 's Ancredible and we hardly notice them. one drawback we've encountered 's that the doorstaff seem somewhat inefficient, and it's unclear what value they're actually adding. (That said, they're incredibly personable and welcoming.)
