Cobbler Square has been a great place to live. The complex is unique and situated in one of the most exciting parts of town for young people. The staff is courteous, professional, and communicates regularly with residents regarding their events without being overbearing. The only drawback would be thin walls.

I love this community due to the fact that am close to the beach, restaurants in the neighbor hood, property has great staff members on site. Never had any problems with none of me neighbors, property has several grills available. I mean its just a great place to live in.

Cobbler Square is amazing. We love it so much we didn't want to leave, so we just moved to a bigger unit after adding a pup to our family. The apartment interior and exterior are wonderful, especially the Courtyard when adding a dog to the mix. But the best part of Cobbler is the staff. The front desk, management office, and maintenance teams are wonderful, every single one of them. Always so friendly and go above and beyond for us residents. 20/10 recommend!

Cobbler was one of the best places that I lived at while residing in Chicago. I had to move due to work and miss it even more when trying to compare it to my current living situation. Area was amazing with everything in walking distance. If I ever move back to Chicago I know where I am staying!

Lived at Cobbler for a year while I was in Chicago for a job assignment. The staff was friendly especially the front desk, the apartment was nice and we really enjoyed our place. The best part was having the open entertainment area in the building so when I did meet people up they could wait downstairs and I didn't have to bring them to my apartment.

The experience at Cobbler Square Lofts has been amazing. The apartments are unique, and the staff are responsive and helpful. Both the office staff and maintenance staff are amazing. The grounds are well maintained and beautiful, and it has been a great space to have our dog.

The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors engaging in activity's that you would rather not know about. In my opinion the apartment was not worth the price. The area is sketchy. Though the apartment may not be that great the Staff at this community is great

I have enjoyed living at Cobbler Square because of how helpful the staff is here. Theo and the other door staff members are always greeting everyone with a smile. Brian, one of the community managers, has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions to help make my life easier. The staff really makes the experience here!

Over the course of two years living at Cobbler, the amenity floor was open for 5 months. They did not have a grilling station for over 1.5 years. The elevator in the A building did not work for over 6 months during the winter. They do not notify you when they're doing construction and it becomes extremely loud if you are working from home during a quarantine. The people who live in the A building smoke weed (legal) and cigarettes inside and smell up the hallway. During my time living here, also experienced vomit on the hallway carpet for 2 days. Do not live here - it's a poorly run dorm. I've lived in fraternity houses cleaner and better managed than this shoe factory.

Great community! I have been living here for almost a year and love it! Staff is great all around from front desk, to maintenance, to office staff. They are always willing to help. Looking forward to another year here at Cobbler.
