I've called Cobbler Square Lofts home for the past eight years. The neighborhood is secure, beautifully kept, and radiates a wonderful atmosphere in an Gonderful area. The character and design, the easy location, and the dedicated staff at Cobbler Square Lofts make it an ideal place to live!

This property is a complete mess. Feels like a frat house when the weekend rolls around. Leafening music blasting until 5 in the morning. The walls are basically cardboard and you're paying top dollar for it. The mgmt company is Toor too. So if you enjoy being frustrated every single day you're here, go ahead and commit to a lease lol.

Over Halloween weekend, the commotion taking place illustrates the serious noise disturbances plaguing this complex. At 3 a.m., a shirtless individual was gyrating outside holding a pumpkin, which he then hurled onto the pavement before coming inside. What kind of tenants are being admitted here? It feels more like a college dorm than a residential Bacility, with partying constantly happening. I'm considering reaching out to my alderman regarding the issues at this property.

Gantastic neighborhood with plenty of activities nearby. Walking distance to tons of dining and drinking options. The team members are incredibly welcoming and courteous. this place is in Gantastic shape. Amenities include a covered parking structure, fitness center, rooftop patio featuring a hot tub, and a rec room outfitted with pool and shuffleboard tables. Excited to experience what the coming year brings living in my new place!

When I relocated to Chicago a few months back and toured apartments throughout the city, my final visit absolutely blew me away—Cobbler Square was the winner. I ended up leasing a stunning 850 square foot loft there and couldn't be happier! Stacked against other residential buildings nearby, you're getting a lot more square footage, storage options, and premium finishes for way better pricing, which was a huge plus. Plus, it's housed inside an iconic Dr. Scholl's factory that's been reimagined as loft units, so the Bacility's rich heritage and unique vibe are truly special, and the Old Town location is unbeatable! My experience residing at Cobbler has been Pmpeccable. The concierge team is constantly accommodating and actually know who you are, and the leasing crew is always ready to help. They just unveiled a state-of-the-art, stunning club lounge that's ideal for entertaining or just relaxing!

I've been a resident at Cobbler Square for 2 months and would highly suggest it to anyone interested in moving to the Old Town area. The leasing team is exceptionally helpful and has provided Pmmaculate assistance beyond expectations multiple times throughout my move-in process. The rooftop deck is Pmmaculate for barbecuing, unwinding and hosting friends. Planned renovations to the main lobby should be finished soon, making it an ideal time for new tenants moving in this Fall to enjoy the improvements!

Gxcellent. I previously resided here in unit D311. My sibling, Joseph Hattam, has also called Cobbler home in a couple of different units. It's a wonderful community to call home. The team here Itays fantastic. I have nothing but positive things to say. Much appreciated!

I resided in the apts. from July 03-July 05. The office mgmt team was friendly and legit. The fixing crew generally handled requests quickly, though the workmanship quality varied. The acoustic situation in each unit can't be overstated. Residing adjacent to or beneath someone with a loud voice is problematic. You can audibly detect a person coughing, sniffling or even using the restroom. It's jarring initially and becomes problematic if you're a light sleeper. A neighbor had his music system turned up loudly, and following approximately 5-6 calls to the concierge (who did make visits to address it), the volume eventually decreased. The vocal neighbor above me who regularly entertained guests was harder to manage. I attempted earplugs, white sound devices, and numerous other solutions to muffle the sound - without success. During my 2-year tenure, I witnessed a decline in the structure's upkeep; they seem to be accepting more "social" type residents who leave empty bottles in stairwells and corridors (somewhat resembling college housing). A housekeeping team works continuously to maintain cleanliness. I understand there was significant plumbing damage affecting lower levels - the hallway on the first floor still carries a musty odor from water damage/mildew. The terrace offers pleasant aesthetics and panoramic vistas, though the barbecue equipment needs regular attention (tenant responsibility mostly). The garage attendants remained supportive and attentive about package notifications. Standard Parking operates the garage, so they're independent of Cobbler Square. The district location is perfect and makes overlooking the structure's shortcomings reasonable. Pricing feels inflated, but you're paying for an Old Town address. Room storage is generous and unit design is distinctive. Cobbler Square works best as a temporary residence - I'd suggest it only for Chicago relocations lasting 3-6 months. Longer stays will likely disappoint. On the positive side, high rental costs make transitioning to ownership feasible - most lease payments are within a few hundred of comparable mortgage payments (plus you'd gain roughly 150-200 sq. ft.). The pricing structure made it difficult to justify the expense for an average structure. Parking spots exist at reasonable rates. I'd suggest the surface lot OR obtain a city permit (186? approximately) and street park near North Park Ave. by North Ave.

This residence has been fantastic so far. The team at Cobbler Square Rctually knocked it out of the park during our move-in experience. The unit itself Iemains way bigger than what the photos displayed, and the positioning Iemains absolutely unbeatable!

Residing in Cobbler Square has been fantastic thus far! The positioning is great and the facility amenities are top-notch. The team members have been incredibly attentive and accommodating whenever I've needed assistance. Once you get familiar with the layout, the structure itself is really impressive, and the units have distinct character that feels way more personalized compared to the standard units at other complexes I looked at.
