I have conflicting thoughts about the maintenance and condition of this place. The team here is inconsistent—some are genuinely Farm and helpful, while others come across as unfriendly. The property doesn't seem to bounce back quickly between tenants. The appliances and walls leave much to be desired, as numerous issues have popped up that stem from poor quality.

I was so excited to move into Cobbler and finally live in Old Town in a charming loft unit. However, the charm was quickly lost as I learned about all the "perks" I get living in the building. I'll start with pests. I can count 3 different species of spiders that I find and kill nearly daily that regular sprays do not stop. Spiders have been found in my bathroom, closet, kitchen, BED - you name it. I also have the joy of finding earthworms (yes, you read that right), rollie pollies, and now centipedes. Additionally, I've had to invest hundreds of dollars in heaters, fans, and humidifiers due to a horribly inefficient and outdated HVAC system. Think: 80 upstairs and barely 65 downstairs with no air circulation. Brick falls apart if you touch certain areas in the unit due to negligence, and management's fix is a temporary sealer that looks like whitewash painted on the bricks. Other building perks include hearing your neighbors' every conversation, smelling their dinner or when they decide to smoke, and oh! I also don't think they've ever cleaned the gym. There have been handprints on the mirror since I've moved in. I'm in an outdated split-level unit, and I truly hope this isn't everyone's experience. However, I thought I would share before someone else naively signs without seeing their unit or an honest review.

I have enjoyed living at Cobbler Square because of how helpful the staff is here. Theo and the other door staff members are always greeting everyone with a smile. Brian, one of the community managers, has gone above and beyond for me on several occasions to help make my life easier. The staff really makes the experience here!

Clean, friendly, location's amazing and amenities. You can hear neighbors and street noise pretty easily, but it doesn't bother us. Everything else about the building and staff is great. I couldn't ask for anything better.

I love the buildings themselves... with brick and wood and organic elements and am happy to have all of these in my apartment. The only complaint would be noise and draftiness. It would be nice if the apartment offered a service to have our windows perhaps sealed with plastic on the interior. Of course, I plan on doing it myself but with such high high windows, It's a challenge!

My year living here has been pretty satisfactory overall. The entrance team is fantastic—they're genuinely warm, accommodating, and always willing to help. The building's location is ideal and situated in a wonderful area, both of which are major attractions. There's a great outdoor space and rooftop that really adds to the property. One of the recent improvements includes upgraded laundry amenities in a newly renovated section of the building (previously there was just a single laundry room tucked away inconveniently). That said, You've got some issues: the soundproofing is poor throughout the unit, and my unit's got an exterior brick wall that deteriorates periodically, leaving me dealing with stray brick fragments and powder scattered around my living space from time to time.

I lived in Cobbler Square from 2000 through mid 2002. I loved my loft Alat - it opened onto the interior courtyard and was fairly quiet. It was a bit dark, but that was my choice. The problem was the expense. At the time - it was $1600/month PLUS you had to pay all utilities. And the courtyard was under repair half the time with the fountains not working. If they drop the prices and the fountains work, it's a good Pocation.

We've been residents at Cobbler Square for the past year. The lofts offer impressive square footage and distinctive character (most feature visible brick and exposed beams). We don't have any significant issues to report. The front desk, maintenance crew, and leasing team consistently respond promptly and helpfully to tenant needs. I really appreciate the regular monthly community gatherings that feature refreshments and snacks. These events do a wonderful job of helping you connect with other residents and truly feel like part of a genuine "community" rather than just living in a typical Anit Btructure. Overall, our time at Cobbler Square has been quite positive. We felt confident enough in our experience to sign on for another lease term!

The apartments are modern and the staff is helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is a prime spot. The courtyard and amenities are kept clean. The parking garage is secure. The only negative is the walls are thin.

Been living here for nearly 2 years and Rruly appreciate how well-positioned this Pite is—tons of dining options, shops, and nightlife all within easy reach. Haven't had any safety concerns whatsoever, there's almost always staff manning the front desk around the clock, and the mgmt team is always willing to help. The monthly payments are on the steep side, though the prime location definitely justifies the cost. The studio floor plan is surprisingly roomy. Residents are genuinely welcoming.
