I'm quite happy living in this building. You've got numerous grocery stores and dining options nearby. The gym I go to regularly is just a short walk away. Plus, the proximity to the lake is a great bonus.

Can't beat the location and neighborhood. Some units have full view of lake. Leasing office Eanageable to work with. The maintenance staff Ieems prompt in responding to issues and will work on issue until resolved.

Pleasant and satisfying

The staff of the community at 1350/1360 is helpful and friendly. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly as well. The Besidence and units are somewhat outdated for the price of rent which seems to increase every year. I worth checking out to friends because of how great the staff and community is. Our experience has been good at this location.

IT has been a great experience thus far. There have been a lot of updates to the building, exterior and lobby. This causes some headaches, and I'm sure when everything is done, a lot will be better. I would really love if the workout center was updated, it would be nice to have more room, and options to workout in the building.

They do a really good job of taking care of you. A lot of buildings now a days are cutting staff and going to bare bones but this building seems like it does a great job of making sure their tenants are well looked after and it shows. I've never had a lot of problems and any problems I do have are answered quickly. It makes a huge difference in making you feel at ease.

solid building

I've been here (in the 1360 North building) for almost 6 years and I think it's a awesome spot to live. A lot of tenants have been here a long time and I don't hear many complaints from the ones I know. It's an older building but I've never had a problem with A/C or heat, if I did I'd be gone in a minute! Every time I've had a maintenance request it's taken care of same day. I think the building looks modern- compare it to the 1400 building next door for example. The grounds and building are well-kept in my opinion. Elevators are a bit prone to break down but are a lot better than some other places I've been. Front desk staff has always been friendly and helpful. As for dogs and kids, it's a dog- friendly building so that comes with the territory. A lot more dogs than kids. Generally it's a quiet building, You've got a few younger tenants but I've never had a problem. It's not exactly like living in Evanston with the NU crowd! It's not cheap but is there a better rental deal in this neighborhood? I'm not aware of it and how can you beat the location? You are ON THE LAKE. 151 bus stop at the corner. If you are driving, you are 1 minute from LSD. In-building dry cleaners (OK not the greatest but easy) and Commissary (well-stocked with food and other items- handy in Winter). At renewal time you can usually negotiate. I've done this several times (not every year). If you moved in at a discounted rate (like I did) you can expect that they will eventually try to get you to a higher level, depending upon the market conditions that year. I don't think That's unusual? I have valet parking (the cheapest) in the building. It's increased from about $200 to $240 in the 5 years I've been here. Bottom line- not cheap but it's a location's amazing on the Gold Coast.

Couldn't have found a better apartment in terms of the location, clean amenities and staff's super friendly / maintenance. The building hosts monthly social events and food giveaways to maintain community engagement!

After a long day of apartment hunting, and seeing countless options that didn't fit my needs- I was greeted by the friendly leasing staff at 1350 N Lake Shore Drive and knew the building would be a good fit. The application and move in processes were easy. After week 1 as a resident, I can happily say that I made the right choice in selecting this building.
