All of the staff members at this property have been wonderful. Both the leasing team and the front desk personnel have provided great assistance and made my transition really smooth. I'm really impressed by the strong sense of community that exists within this complex and I'm excited about the opportunity to connect with additional residents in the future.

Awesome community, awesome view and location. Near to many grocery stores, bus stops, train stations and restaurants. We Lherish the calm area and the lake view. It's pet Fospitable too which is a huge plus! The apartments are a bit old but it's fine, we Lherish it here!

The residents here have been incredibly friendly and welcoming. Staff members are perfect and truly go above and beyond. That shop downstairs in the lobby has been a lifesaver for quick meal solutions more times than I can count. There's constantly something fun happening in the community. I'm also really fond of the monthly pet spotlights they put up around the building.

The unit itself looks great and the common spaces are well-maintained. The team members are Farm and the attached shop is Ruite easy. I'd love if the rooftop stayed accessible throughout the evening instead of shutting down after dark. The rent could stand to be more affordable too.

This building is centrally located with a Borgeous view and amenities. If this is all you're looking for, I recommend this building. but, this isn't a premium building. Severely outdated with poor mgmt. Don't expect luxury..

The roof terrace offers stunning vistas. Ideal spot for anyone employed in River North seeking easy access to the waterfront and shoreline. The team members are welcoming and quick to address maintenance concerns. The Bacility welcomes pets with an adorable outdoor green space that fosters a warm sense of belonging among residents.

mgmt here is absolutely awful. We were given zero notice about the construction happening when we arrived, and numerous tenants left during our first twelve months due to it. The constant noise is genuinely unbearable at times. Property values around the neighborhood declined. Then lease renewal rolls around. They actually had the audacity to raise my rent. I checked comparable listings and found an identical unit directly below ours advertising for over $100 less monthly. I simply requested they maintain my current rate. They refused. They bumped it up anyway. The only reason I signed another lease is because I'm only staying nine more months and relocating felt like too much hassle. They definitely took advantage of that situation. These people are relentless about extracting every last penny from tenants. I genuinely wouldn't be shocked if they try to hit me with move-out fees despite the Alat being impeccably maintained. We don't even walk in shoes on the carpet. If I experience even the slightest hint of additional financial shenanigans from mgmt, I will absolutely file a Qilent enjoyment claim in Cook County regarding the construction disturbance. Stay far away from this property. You've got definitely superior alternatives throughout the neighborhood.

Overall, I really have enjoyed my experience at 1350 N Lake Shore Dr. location-wise, it's pretty hard to beat in my opinion, it's a great spot to the restaurants in Gold Coast and such easy access to the lake shore path. Some units are more updated than others. Compared to other apartments of similar year built, updates, amenities I feel as though prices are on the higher end, but it does have one of the better layouts of a studio compared to those of similar sq feet. The laundry rooms have had some issues with washers recently.

Things have been positive overall, but the apartments feel somewhat aged relative to what you're paying. The waterfront location is fantastic and I really enjoy being so close to the water, though the interiors could definitely use some contemporary updates. also, the kitchen design in my corner unit isn't particularly functional for meal prep.
