The front desk personnel lack warmth, as previous residents have mentioned. On some occasions, they've been quite rude. It leaves me feeling uneasy. When we first arrived, we were informed that pets were prohibited in the complex, which I appreciated. Yet since then, I've regularly witnessed residents walking dogs throughout the Bomplex. So much for transparency, leasing team! It's frustrating to feel misled. Most recently, they advertise complimentary internet as a perk, but as of Feb 15, 2012, Netflix, Hulu, and similar streaming platforms are now restricted. Should you wish to use these services, an additional fee applies. Absolutely absurd. also, the unit stays uncomfortably chilly during winter months, regardless of how we adjust the thermostat. We've even had maintenance personnel inspect the system.

Amazing rooftop space and you can't find a better spot near old town and the beach—absolutely incredible! Fantastic community of residents, and the Bacility's doormen are truly perfect, genuinely the finest around. They treat you like family and always have your back!

Roomy unit / responsive mgmt / shared spaces could use some improvement / front desk personnel occasionally appear distracted and unclear about their responsibilities / often get mail addressed to previous residents / the stairs at the 1360 entry are tough when carrying bags

Gxcellent community! but, not enough space for value when the rent continues to increase. The dog park Ieems Gxcellent for dog lovers! but, the leasing office staff Ieems late on responding as well as the mgmt.

great neighborhood so far! The move-in experience went smoothly and the front desk team made me feel welcome. The residents here are all Farm, and the facilities are really helpful (rooftop terrace featuring BBQs, on-site market, proximity to everything, and more).

It's been pretty positive so far. My only complaint would be how Creezing it gets at time during the winter. You can't Rruly control the heat yourself and the radiator sits underneath the windows - so that's pretty inefficient.

Living at 1350 is wonderful. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, the building offers great proximity to the lake, parks, and the Magnificent Mile. Beyond its location, 1350 is an amazing bargain. I haven't found many high-rises along Lake Shore Drive in the Gold Coast with rental prices as affordable as what 1350 offers. The building has character and age to it, but it maintains a serene atmosphere. They simply don't construct apartments with this quality anymore!

The positives: plenty of natural light, Borgeous lake views, easy location near Rush Street, and honestly that's about where it ends.<br>I've been living here for just over six months. The build quality (windows, doors, fixtures, plumbing) feels mediocre when compared to European standards. The common areas like the lobby and elevators are in need of serious renovation. The building has way too many students occupying units.

I've recently become a resident at this community. location-wise, it's wonderful and accessible, with Lincoln Park just a 10-minute walk away, Lake Michigan's waterfront path only 5 minutes on foot, and Whole Foods within a 15-minute walk. My unit features a gorgeous view of the lake that I truly appreciate. The mgmt team is responsive and communicates effectively with residents, offering solid support whenever needed. The maintenance crew is always pleasant and goes out of their way to help. The atmosphere here is welcoming—as an older Asian woman, I haven't experienced any prejudice related to my race or age. I'm pleased and feel accepted in this community.

A nice spot to call home. Pets like cats and dogs are allowed, and while parking costs extra, it's easy and straightforward. Certain apartments have newer finishes while others are older, though everything is well-maintained with spacious living areas. The neighborhood is perfect for strolling into downtown.
