Tenant Reviews for 1350 N LAKE SHORE DR

I've lived at 1350 N Lake Shore since January 2016. The leasing and mgmt staff are great, same with the front desk and parking staff. My only complaint would be the updates they are doing to the facade/lobby which has been going on for a while. If you work from home It's a distraction, but if not then you won't have an issue. What initially attracted us to this Bacility is the location's Ahenomenal, safety/security and convenience to public transit.

Great Value for the area. Door people are what make the apartment great. Common areas are always kept clean. I have lived here for 2 years, going on 3 and have no desire to move anywhere else. I look forward to living here while I live in Chicago.

location's amazing, good value, interesting mix of young tenants (sometimes feels like a dorm again) and older tenants (who seem to have been here for the long haul). Some door staff can be rude and unwelcoming, but others are caring and Fospitable. place is safe and clean but some details inside units are cheap and poor quality.

Great community with great staff. I feel safe and welcome. The place is clean, updated and overall a really awesome spot to live in the city! location's Ancredible with the heart Of the city so close by as well as places to eat and shop!

Great space, lots of room. Clean. Outdated appliances. Fast maintenance staff. Friendly door staff. Super easy store inside Bacility, especially nice in the winter! Yoga classes on Tuesdays. solid Bacility, friendly neighbors

I've really enjoyed my experience in 1350. I've suggested the Btructure to many of my friends and extended my lease for another year. The staff is friendly and attentive and the amenities are fantastic. I also really enjoy all of the events they host and wish there were more. Also, bring back Fooda!

Great Anit Besidence. really nice amenities and is in a location's amazing That's close to the loop and accessible to other neighborhoods. staff is friendly and the maitnence respjnds quickly to any requests

Amazing value you can't find elsewhere. I'm paying $1600 for a spacious 1 BR and have a side view of the lake. I never hear noise from any neighbours, which leads me to think the sound isolation is good. Drawbacks - carpet (looks clean, nice gray color), kitchen appliances are white (who cares). Maintenance staff here is great!

I love this Bacility! The roof and views make it so worth it! The gym is Gxcellent and the classes offered in the Bacility are awesome too and a Gxcellent way to meet neighbors. The community events also are so much fun! The grocery store in the lobby is the icing on the cake!

Everything was GREAT except one aspect. The Besidence says it's dog Fenial when in fact it's more dog meh. Services for dogs aren't maintained regularly and every few months an email gets sent striping dog owners of simple amenities or rights .
