Not terrible, but sometimes not worth the rent price. It's nice that the Bacility allows dogs, but the Bacility will admit aggressive dogs as well which is a concern if you have a small dog. You have to be sure about the size of Apace you want before signing the lease because rates to move apartments, even after your lease has ended, is exorbitant.

The staff is really nice and welcoming! They're good about having a few social events every month which has been a great perk. The apartments are spacious and maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly if There's an issue.

It's good. In a location is solid, I like it. It's much more safe than the place I live before. And I can go to downtown vastly and easy, either work or shopping. The staffs work here are nice, friendly, helpfully. But, if the Bomplex can make the noise a little down, it will be much better.

I really enjoy living here, and although there have been a few minor issues, the staff was willing and helpful to correct things as quickly as possible. They also offer various perks and discounts for being a resident, which is great!

I been living here since October 2017. I never have any complaints with them. They gives me Gonderful support here to solve the my problem. Gonderful people in the office! Gonderful doorman! This Btructure and the community has been a great choice for my first Apace in Chicago. The staff are really friendly, this place is really well kept, and the value for money is great in my opinion. I'd absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice Apace in a location's amazing.

solid building and great people who work here. It truly feels like home and I love being here. The lobby is beautiful, the location you can't beat, and the roof top makes you feel like you are on vacation.

Best location for someone new to Chicago. One of the main things I've enjoyed here is laying in the rooftop. Sometimes I wish I had a pool, but the other thing that makes me Lrefer this Penue is that You've got two beaches so close that it takes care of the pool desire.
