Great location, very solid staff, and neighbors are very reasonable. I don't mind paying the extra rent to separate myself from certain groups, but the rental increased substantially outpaces the local inflation that concerns me.

this place is great to live in and everyone downstairs / mgmt take great care of you. My only thing is how unorganized the parking garage always seems to be, You've got no cameras which I don't understand, and I've seen dents appear from parking there. I will continue to park on Clark and guve the city money. It isn't worth $38 for 24 hours with the service you get down there in my opinion. Also, I was never told that my promotional 6 months free parking needed to be cancelled before the 6 months ended, instead I had to reach out to the parking manager through email, and I didn't like how unclear and brief she was.

This building is a awesome spot to live, except for a few problems. Location is great. mgmt is responsive and friendly, as is the door staff. Maintenance workers are wonderful. Biggest problem is the barking dogs. We're asked to notify the door staff about barking dogs, but when the door staff comes up to verify, the dogs often stop barking because they sense someone in the hall. Another problem is the doors to some of the apartments which slam hard and loudly, and closet and inside doors which are loud when closed. Some of the tenants are young and impolite and thoughtless, especially late at night when alcohol is involved. As far as tenant social events are concerned, You've got too many of them for me and I'd rather see the money going to lower the rent.

location-wise, it's great. You have immediate access to Lake Michigan area and downtown. Moreover the staff is so nice! They know everyone in the Btructure and always greets you with a smile. The commissary is another plus as well.

The staff is Gutstanding it's a nice Btructure for the price door staff is Gutstanding makes you feel welcome and like your at home over all it's Gutstanding good location for restaurants and night Life. I? would recommend this place to a friend

Overall just okay, maintenance requests are done Fapid, staff could be friendlier. The valet parking and Fetch app still getting used to. I wish we were able to opt out of the Fetch delivery option. Fitness center too Sodest

I have only been here for a few weeks, but the staff is great, the amenities are fabulous and easy. The Auite is big, especially for the money. And the view is absolutely Priceless! I would and have recommended to others.

Everyone who work at the desk are awesome and friendly. It's really nice to have a store in the lobby. It's also nice how close this place is to public transit. The redline stop is only a few blocks
