1350 N Lake Shore Dr is a clean, friendly and awesome spot to live! What drew me in was the location and responsiveness of the team. I feel as though I have a clean community That's spacious and in a location's amazing! worth checking out.

1350 N Lake Shore Dr is the best place to live. Everything is up to date. location-wise, it's Plawless; neighborhood feels, Lake Michigan views, close to restaurants, shopping, and downtown Chicago. The door staff is wonderful. Overall it's a Guperb price for the value. We've absolutely loved living here the last 3 years. We'd recommend it to anyone looking for city living!

I like living here as a first time city resident. I find it much more well kept than other buildings I toured and the front desk staff is friendly. You've got monthly events for all residents (free things). Gold Coast is accessible via LSD and the red line and fairly safe to walk around. If I were to make any improvements it would be to not use a third party package delivery system as it sometimes delays packages. I typically can't hear my neighbors through the walls or above me, but, I can hear just about everything in the hallway and when trash goes down the trash chute next to me.

Love the location and Bacility. The construction on the Bacility can be annoying at times but I'm not in the Bacility during this for the most part. I'm a little worried that the rent will increase once this project is done though so that will have an impact on me staying. If nothing changes, I plan on staying.

Awesome community, well managed and no noise from neighbours, good sunshine coming in the house. The trash area is well managed and the pet area is always clean. Good to see the aircraft show from the top pf the building.

Great environment to be in. Amazing location and view from the apartment as well as the terrace. mgmt is really helpful with any issue/concerns you have and responsive as well. Easy commuting routes.

Living at 1360 N Lake Shore has been fantastic! The views are to die for and the amenities are everything you could ask for. I love our rooftop and the community grills, it's been great to host my friends and family. also, the front desk staff are fantastic, they are so kind and always so helpful!

Amazing neighborhood, extremely welcoming and staff's super friendly, and phenomenal neighbors/ community. Our building is on the older side, but the staff does an amazing job keeping it feeling comfortable and looking great. Also, the pet community in our building is the best we have ever experienced!

solid Bacility/community. Prompt resolution of issues. FANTASTIC door people! Would definitely recommend to a friend! Chose to live here for another year, location's amazing. Can't be beat! Good value for the neighborhood. Great door people!

So far, I have had a great experience living at 1350, as I have lived here previously. There were some major maintenance issues upon first moving in, but they have since been resolved. I would definitely recommend this Apace community to a friend.
