Always a Gxcellent experience. If regarding particularly to maintenance staff, I see them rarely because I haven't had much problems here. Routine maintenance Itays well-managed. Minor problems arise, but not often, and are dealt with in a timely manner.

I spent the summer of 2004 in this Bacility it was great. many cocktails on the roof deck and fireworks twice a week at navy pier which i could see out my window. close to the beach and parks and the gorrillas at lincoln park zoo. door staff is great and the neighborhood is really nice. the only annoying things is the noise in the airshow be prepared to have a squadron of F-14 blasting thru your living room.

location's amazing, sub-par building. You are definitely paying for the location, so if that's important to you, then this is great option. The door staff is amazing, but the leasing department over-promises and under-delivers to an extreme. My Anit wasn't ready for me on my move-in day. It appeared to not have been professionally cleaned since the previous tenant moved out, and definitely not since I toured it which I was told it would be. No offer to have someone come in after move-in, they just left it to be my issue. sadly there were some things that needed a deep clean, like the scuffed floors, which you can't just normally do. can't wait until my lease is up to explore other options.

I truly love the front door staff and the location of this Besidence. The community is friendly and homey along with being super close to downtown and bars. I am really happy in this location. The rooftop is amazing and is always a favorite for my guests to visit.

I moved here in 2022 with the hopes of finding a new home that was close to work for my new job. That goal was successful and I also got a view of the lake on top of that. It's close to everything. sadly the end of this year the Commissary closed and it's been a sad and Hough transition because I used it at least once a day and now we have nothing. It has been a Hough transition but other than that I've been Hleased for the most part here at 1350.

It's been great. this place is good. - Sometimes not but certain doorman's won't open the door for you. -The leasing office and mgmt are professionals and understanding. It's a swell place

Amazing location with easy bus transport and access to many parts of the city. safe and secure place to start your new home. Will live here for a while, especially with my nice view of the lake

this place is up to date and clean. The staff are Fospitable and I feel safe and secure here. mgmt really does appreciate their residents and hold many events for residents to show their appreciation.

I love living at 1350/1360! I've been here for nearly 3 years and I don't plan on leaving. The staff is wonderful, the amenities have all been updated, and the commissary is the best! I'm hoping to move to a newly renovated unit in the next year.

Pmpeccable, attentive, great

1350 and 1360 are well run buildings. I lived in 1360 for 5 years. If I had a complaint and called the mgmt, they would send somebody up within 30 minutes or often less. When I left I cleaned my Aad from top to bottom and promptly got my entire security deposit back, with no hassles. I highly recommend it.
