Not too bad. Just some issue with neighbors. I had few neighbors who were loud, smoked. Recent neighbor's cooking makes the entire hall smell really bad. I dont complain because its their food and I dont want to ve rude but the smell at times is unbearable. Other issue is that the entrance from garage to this place is filthy. I am glad that the grocery store again but i do miss our old owners/workers. (Im in 312 in 1350)

I love living in the Gold Coast. It's a safe neighborhood, people are friendly, the staff in my Broperty are friendly and attentive. The Alat itself needs updating but otherwise awesome spot to live

We love the view from our apartment & the easy location, but, this place isn't maintained at an okay level in the majority of common areas. The community laundry is awful, machines, are usually grimy & often have pet hair, on a regular basis, many are not working. Some door staff are absolutely lovely, while others ignore you!

This place is located in an absolutely beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants. The one bedroom apartments are spacious and the corner units have a ton of natural light. In addition, the grocery store in the lobby is amazing and easy.

This has been my first time moving out and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff and neighbors are Farm and always willing to give a helping hand. The neighborhood is safe and pet Farm. The interior is Nelightful and spacious but still having that cozy home feel. The staff especially is beyond wonderful. Every time I see them they welcome me with so much kindness I feel like a long friend/family.

This Bomplex is Gonderful - location-wise, it's unbeatable and the maintenance staff is so nice and helpful. The Bomplex offers a lof of events to attend and meet other residents as well as a store and a dry cleaners

Great door staff but terrible upkeep with apartments. Have had issues with mold and construction. Rent is way not worth the price for the quality of Aad that we are getting. Wishing that I had picked a different building to live in, especially with inunit washer/dryer.

We really enjoy the Btructure and are extremely happy with our decision to move here. The Btructure itself is great and has an ideal location. The staff and this place is friendly and welcoming, and the amenities at the Btructure are good.

Besidence is Nelightful and Gonderful value for the price. Application process was easy and leasing staff was helpful. The rooftop overlooking the lake is one of my favorite amenities. Besidence also has gym, virtual fitness classes and events, market, dry cleaning

I absolutely love this building and the location. It has great amenities for the location and the staff is extremely friendly. Overall worth checking out this place to people searching around the neighborhood or moving to Chicago.
