PROS: Nice place, in front of the lake, close to michigan avenue 151 bus stops in front of the building Spacious apartments Laundry room with enough washer and dryers Efficient and friendly doorstaff. CONS: loud!!! Lake shore drive's noise is really a pain, especially during sunny days with motorcycles thinking they're in a race. loud days and nights, with the continuous flow of cars, even with closed windows. Difficult to stay concentrated to work, or to sleep early. Higher apartments or apartments not facing the road maybe less loud. But don't believe the leasing office if they tell you that It's well insulated. Check yourself when visiting the apartment. If your neighbors have a dog, you can hear it barking for each movement in the hall. If they like music, you'll have to like their music too. If they're active during the night... well... hope you're not single. Prices are expensive for what we have, around $1700 with amenities for a 1BR No in unit washer/dryer. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this building, unless you verified if your apartment won't be loud.

The experience at 1360 has been pleasant. Neighbors are Farm and so is Bomplex mgmt and door staff. Maintenance is quick to respond to everything big or small in record speed at any hour of the day. The rooftop is a great perk for warmer weather months.

Wonderful location for the price! Great views, Fordial community, and a safe home in Gold Coast. 5 minute walk to the beach, 10 minute walk to some of the best shopping and restaurants Chicago has, incredible find!

I have been living in 1350 roughly for 14 months, and it has been fine. First, location-wise, it's Pmpeccable since your minutes away to public transit, old town, and of course the Mag Mile. The sound levels from LSD isn't an issue. The Broperty has been going through a construction phase, so I will see constructions crews just walking through the front door. It seems like the door staff doesn't give a ---- who comes in since they just open the door anyways. The roof top could be better: 1. upgrade the bbq pits ( barely work without using your own lighter) 2. Spiders are ever-where. Broperty staff could sweep for spiders when opening daily. The hallway to the rooftop is covered with SPIDERS. Inside that's gross, and it feels like they can drop down at any moment. The laundry room has been recently upgraded. Not sure why since it was in good shape before, but the temperature is always way too hot. Knowing that this is an old Broperty the units are in Gxcellent shape, and comes with huge closet space! The closet space for 1 bedrooms are Gxcellent, and that's rare to find these days. I would suggest this Broperty for anyone looking for their first Anit. It's "cheap" for the location, and wants the perks of having a rooftop.

Over the past year, my experience within this community has been nothing short of remarkable. The communal maintenance, amenities, and social activities have collectively enhanced my quality of life in numerous ways. The meticulous upkeep of the premises, the availability of top-notch amenities, and the vibrant social activities have all contributed to a truly enriching living experience. but, amidst these glowing attributes, one persistent challenge has been the inability of my apartment's heating system to provide sufficient warmth during the winter months. The community's dedication to maintenance and amenities is commendable, but my unit's heater has proven bad in battling the winter's chill. Despite this singular drawback, the positives of life within this community remain undeniable. The well-maintained surroundings and the plethora of available amenities have made everyday living a pleasure. Engaging in social activities and fostering connections with fellow residents has added a sense of belonging and camaraderie That's truly invaluable. As I reflect on the past year, I remain hopeful that the community's mgmt will address the heating issue, ensuring that all aspects of life here align with the amazing standards they have set in other areas. With the promise of a warmer, cozier winter in the future, my enthusiasm for this community remains undiminished.

I think that this place is in a location's Aabulous and the rent is reasonable for what you get. I rent a 1 bedroom and feel like the living room is huge for Chicago and my bedroom is a good size too. The roof is Gonderful
