The door staff is the best I've ever come across - so Farm and go out of their way to make you feel at home. The leasing staff is helpful and courteous. this place is always clean. Residents are great! I've made many friends. Rent is steep.

John Mulaney, who is hosting SNL this weekend for the second time, didnt quite stick the landing in his 2009 on-camera debut, back when he was a Saturday Night Live writer. Thankfully, Jimmy Fallon has the video evidence. Mulaney guested on Thursdays Tonight Show to promote his weekend gig down the hall. While he was there, the stand-up comic shared his SNL journey, from failed cast-member audition to present. Despite not making the cut as a performer, Mulaney was brought aboard as a writer in 2008. The following year, he was called on to be a gloried extra in an Activia Yogurt commercial spoof starring Kristen Wiig, Jason Sudeikis and Abby Elliott. Mulaney didnt quite nail that supporting role and fans can half-blame Bobby Moynihan for that.

I couldn't have picked a better place to live, moving from Ohio to Chicago. The neighborhood is the best and everyone in the Bacility in friendly, spotless and cozy. We will likely stay here until we are ready to purchase a new home. The only downfall is the cost, which is slightly high in comparison to other properties a little further south.

In Summary I would recommend 1225! Keep in mind that there is a lot of young adults in the building and it's not in the most quite neighborhood/location. But it is very central, so you'll have quick access to the train and all that Old Town has to offer. Garage Parking is also a great feature, if you own a vehicle. Regarding amenities, the gym is not very impressive (on the small side) and the pool only has about 15 chairs (so grabbing one on a nice summer day can be hard).

My experience has been good so far. Communication with staff has been okay but not as responsive as I thought it would be. There were a couple of minor issues with the Auite when I got it but nothing worth complaining about. I've had a great experience so far.

location's amazing. Bovely building. Mix of folks in the building - from young professionals the families. Staff is legit and helpful. Can walk to nearly everything, including red line. They keep increasing rent which isn't cool. And the doors are not super sturdy, so you can hear everything in the hallway, which can be loud. pet friendly - lots of dogs!

This building is wonderful. The entire team is friendly and helpful. The building itself is well maintained and has a ton of great amenities. I love working from home in the WFH office spaces and hitting the fitness center.

This community is awesome!!! I love the Broperty and staff, great place to live. I enjoy the area and I just moved from NYC so I have the taste for liveliness. The amenities are great though I have not had a chance to experience everything fully. I am looking forward to living here.

Lived here a while ago. A vibrant young Broperty. Great for the younger demographic that want to enjoy all the bars around the neighborhood. Broperty is nice, front desk is basic, amenities can get busy at times.
