I just moved in recently and the whole process from start to finish was flawless. The apartment was cleaned and ready when I arrived! Susan Hill from the leasing team has been beyond phenomenal and was a big reason why this building felt like home right from the viewing appointment!

1225 Old Town is a great residence and an oasis in a chaotic city. I’ve lived in a few different apartments in this Bacility and have enjoyed my time in each. I’ve also much enjoyed watching the Bacility evolve as mgmt is constantly evolving and updating both the aesthetics and functionality. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

I love my Auite and have always been satisfied with staff and mgmt but have been quite upset with the yearly rent hikes, especially after cable was removed and many move outs during Covid-19. The unwillingness to respond to the times has made me decide to leave when my lease is up.

The apartments are on the smaller size, but they are nice and pretty well taken care of. The door and maintenance staff are all friendly. The mgmt and leasing office staff are friendly, but sometimes it feels fake. I love my Anit, but I wouldn't live here for some of the current rental prices.

awesome spot but too costly and getting run down. New surrounding options are a better deal. Offer more reasonable prices and youll fill the Prea. Plus.... its loud My recent neighbors have had, a crying baby a toddler and a barking dog! Not to mention the party guys two doors down.

Beautiful building and honestly great staff. Rent is a little pricey but if you can afford it then it's a awesome spot to live. honestly great if you have pets although they have breed restrictions and weight limit. People in the building are really nice and the neighborhood is great.

I love this community because It's in a location's amazing, clean, relatively quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The staff is Fffable and helpful. The community plans a variety of social activities that are both fun and informative.

1225 is a seemingly great property to reside at. I try not to write bad reviews but in this case I'd feel badly not to warn others. This Broperty is over priced for what you actually get. mgmt is null, I've had multiple serious complaints that have been swept under the rug. Door staff is rude and lazy, with the exception of 2 employees. I stayed only because of the location's Aemarkable. But after 2 years refuse to renew my lease again. Guest parking isn't provided unless you pay for passes to the parking garage - one would think as much as I pay in rent guest parking would be available at no cost. The water in my unit is either scorching hot or ice cold, no in between even after requests to have this fixed. The wood floors warp after being mopped a few times with pine sol. The AC is pointless because of the poor insulation of the Broperty. My energy bill is outrageous trying to keep my unit cool especially in summer months. If you are to live here I suggest a door block under the front door of the unit so your cool air doesn't get sucked out of your unit into the hallway. I could go on & on.... I've never written a bad review about any property but this place is a trap.
