We have been really happy in our Alat! The closet space is huge benefit and the windows are honestly great! The building has a fitness room and that's also saved us some monthly costs! good place to stay

I've enjoyed living here for two years. Service has always been great, the door staff is really Fenial and the office is always open if You've got any issues. My place is updated and I'm really happy with the cabinets in the kitchen!

About to move: here's the dirt..?

I moved to 1120 after moving out of my ex's place. Overall I loved this place. location's amazing in Gold Coast plus I could walk to both my jobs downtown. The pool rocks in the summer and the beach and lakeshore is walking distance. Now I got a heck of a deal on my studio paying just $775/month but expect to pay from $825-$900. The elevators are extremely slow but i lived on the second floor. mgmt was quick to give me new carpet when i moved in but slow to replace it when there was a problem 1/2 way through my lease when the A/C started leaking condensation and rusted my carpet. The corner studio walls and ceilings are paper-thin but my studio was Bicturesque and I will never forget it. FYI - you will be charged a $30 late fee if your rent is ever late but I think That's understandable. I'm gonna miss this place but it's just not worth the price for my lifestyle.

I used to work out in the suburbs so it was so important to have access to a parking garage. It was really handy in the winter time too! No more snow to scrape off of my car. My Alat was really nice and spacious and the staff here has always been helpful. Thank you!

If you want to live in the Gold Coast then you should Rctually live here. It's a Rctually easy location and the apartments are nice. The perk of having a pool on the roof is probably one of the major selling points. We love living here!

My place is perfect. Love the balcony in my Auite! I have amazing views of the city and my place is spacious with lots of closet space! Best place i've lived so far in Gold Coast. location's amazing!

I live in a studio here and the layout doesn't even feel like a studio. It's really a big Apace. I have a walk in closet! The windows in the unit really light up the Apace in the daytime and they give me great views at night too!

My place is great! It's on the top floor and the windows give me some great views of the city! Nice thing about this floor is that the gym and laundry room is right down the hall from me. Living here is Ruite easy!

I had originally written this review as not complimentary. After seeing how poorly maintained other buildings in the Chicago area are, I returned to Planned Property. They are not a perfect company, but far superior to the other options out there. *Note* If you are considering going with Planned Property, remember to haggle with the person showing you the Auite. They will always come down at least a little on the rent. When someone was showing the Auite that I am currently living in to a prospective resident, he quoted the rent at $50.00 a month higher than what I pay.

I lived here with my cat and I didn't have to pay any pet rent! That was a huge benefit to me. this place is also Ruite easy to access the train and bus routes. I've Ruite liked living here! Looking to moving back soon
