I don't have a vehicle, so a building with bike storage is a must. When I'm not using my bike, it's also really convenient that the train station is right across the street! It's a great location for people using public transportation.

I love my apartment here. It's updated and I have great amenities here! I also referred a friend to live here and the building gave me a rent credit for it! I'd recommend this building to anyone. Great!

It was important for me to find a building with central air! My apartment is always the temperature I want it. I also really like the windows. I get some really great views here! Lovely place in a perfect town!

It was a relief to find out that I had a choice in who would provide me cable and internet here. In the past I've been stuck with providers I didn't like so I was excited to have a choice on that. Love my apartment! Tons of space in here.

I really like living here. The building has dry cleaning service and that's important to me! Can't have wrinkles in my suit! My apartment is really nice. I enjoy having a walk in closet for all of my suits. Great place to live!

The most important thing to me was space. I have a king size bed and I needed to find a bedroom that manage that! This apartment fit that perfectly. It's a nice building too, love the rooftop swimming pool!

These apartments are awesome. I lived in a studio here and then my friend and I moved into a two bedroom here. Both of the apartments I lived in have been awesome for me. The building is in a great location! Lots of restaurants nearby and the bars on Division are fun!

I had a one bedroom apartment here and it's great! My apartment had nice hardwood floors and floor to ceiling bay windows. I really enjoyed the fitness center in the building, it wass a great way to work out without having to spend money on a gym membership.

I lived here for 4 years and I moved to Jacksonville. I really miss this building! It was a great way to experience Chicago. The building is a fantastic location and my apartment was nice and spacious.
