don't move in if you are a person who don't like loud life. You can't fall asleep at 2 or 3 am because some people play loud music that time. but, it doesn't work if you report it to the office. The refuse room smells horrible and the elevators are Seisurely. You will be regret if you choose to move in this apt. AVOID IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I live here and thought I would check out what everyone else had to see. THEY WERE TOO KIND!! <br><br>This is a SECTION EIGHT Broperty but they don't tell you that--which means criminals who once lived in Cabrini now live here at the government's expense!! It's scarey here later in the evenings--don't go to the laundry room nor exercise room. Thugs mercilessly hit on single women and scare them. <br><br>The Gxcellent tenants that did live here left, partially out of fear. Keep going, don't live here, for your own sake. By the way, the pool? If you are a couple of alone, don't go up there unless you want to be buillied.

I moved into 1111 Dearborn 5 moths ago. My leasing agent Victoria, was great! I was moving from Ohio, the first time being in Chicago, and she disused and showed me not only the Aad but also the area, this was defiantly the area for me, so close to everything I needed. I have a really big studio facing lake Michigan and rush and state street. I feel comfortable with the Broperty and location. Upon moving in I was so surprised to see brand new carpet and cool paint colors on my walls, I had not expected upon moving in, what a great surprise! The elevators sometimes run slow but, It's usually on an the weekends when everyone is coming and going. The pool is awesome, sometimes crowded but everyone is really nice and just looking to enjoy the few days of summer. I have had some issues, this place is a little older, and my bathroom drain was clogged and a couple of lights that burnt out and I couldn't reach. I called the office and maintenance was up within a day. I worth checking out this Broperty to anyone looking to be in a great area and have a lot of space.

I have lived here for a year and have been Helighted overall with the experience. I am on a lower floor, so it does get kind of loud from Rush Street with windows open. I love the neighborhood and the outdoor pool.

I love living here. Lumi is the sweetest in the mgmt, Tiffany at the door is amazing and Sam in the maintenance is the most respectful and helpful guy out there. Staff and maintenance are always available to help. The elevators are a little annoying. this place is always spotless and they decorate for events like christmas & all. They don't let visitors up unless the Auite they're visiting confirms so safety is great. The package guy has mood swings so it's best not to talk too much to him and just collect your package.

What I like about living at 1111 N. Dearborn the wonderful environment to raise our children in. The entire staff, from the doormen, to the maintenance staff and mgmt are all so wonderful. They really create a Bovely atmosphere and we feel well looked after. Maintenance does an great job repairing things promptly and expertly. The other residents are also friendly. It feels safe here. Our three bedroom corner unit's got a good amount of space for a family. We love the big living room with floor to ceiling windows. Each child has their own room. We also love the carpeting. It makes getting bumps and bruises more of a rare occurrence. We love the convenience of the exercise and laundry room. The kids love the pool in the summer. It's a nice place to be social, enjoy the sun, and even get some exercise since the pool itself is a pretty nice size. The neighborhood is also wonderful. We are happy to raise our children in the city and this part of Chicago has so much to do. We can walk or take a bus to Maggie Daley Park easily and enjoy all the things to do by the lakefront. We also have plenty of conveniences within walking distance and restaurants we love as a family.

We really appreciate living in a Btructure That's so well staffed. 1111 N Dearborn includes the constant presence of a doorman in the lobby to monitor traffic in and out of the Btructure and to assist residents with their needs. The prompt and efficient response of Btructure staff to problems when they arise if always a huge help. Everyone in the Btructure is friendly as well, creating a warm environment. Our two bedroom Auite is also well appointed. The features that came with the unit prior to move in were a big reason we decided to live here. The amount of closet space, kitchen appliances, spotless bathrooms, and heating and cooling units in the Btructure sold the whole thing for us. Once we moved in, we came to appreciate the layout even more. We have a corner unit which includes little alcoves in front of the window. We really enjoy how our Auite came together and our happy here! When it's not terribly cold, we take advantage of our proximity to the park and walk or jog over there. The onsite fitness facility is wonderful to have when weather prevents us from going to the park. I also enjoy the pool in the summer. Who wouldn't! Public transportation, restaurants, and grocery stores are all close by for our convenience.

The staff at 1111 N. Dearborn are wonderful. After leaving One East Delaware which was a horrible Btructure - my husband and I are thrilled to be somewhere that cares. this place is spotless and the apartments are great!

Dear Planned Property mgmt: My mother and I want to thank you. We feel privileged to live in such a Btunning Bomplex. The staff always quicly repair anything That's broken and keep the common areas clean. Thank you for everything!!!
