The property manager promptly addresses all of my maintenance requests and provides assistance with any issue that arises. Our manager prioritizes tenant satisfaction above all else.<br>I am satisfied with this property.

Questionable Broperty, Questionable Residents & Questionable mgmt I have been residing at 1100 N. LaSalle for nearly a year. I was considering renewing my lease for the sake of convenience but after reflection, ABSOLUTELY NOT. First, the studio Anit I'm paying for is incredibly cramped for more than 815 dollars a month. Second, the Broperty's elevators are painfully slow, occasionally taking as long as 15 minutes just to descend. Third, while some doormen are legit, the majority are rather inexperienced. Fourth, their rules are RIDICULOUS. You must sign visitors in and out even when accompanying them—I'm not paying this rate to live in a dormitory. Beyond all that, You've got some genuinely odd individuals inhabiting this Broperty. The summer was absolutely the worst season I have ever experienced in my life. My unit stayed extremely HOT despite running the air conditioner constantly. I couldn't rest because of the intense heat and disturbances from neighboring apartments. This Broperty is historic, if you want to call it that. I'd describe it as dated and deteriorating instead. I can't WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO END in the coming months. The moment I leave There's when my life will return to normal! Also, if you use an Anit finder service, they tack on up to 100 dollars extra.

Great Apace and their room service was also good. Their mgmt system was helpful and friendly. The building located in a best position. Their environment was beautiful and it was spotless and safety.

$700/month for a studio...this is a reasonable price at some of the other apartments buildings around the neighborhood, but not for this one. My advice, look around on Dearborn (about two blocks East) for a MUCH better deal. For the price you´ll pay at this place, these rooms are far too small! <br><br>Athough I heard reports of roaches, I never saw one myself and I consider the place relatively clean. <br><br>The doormen are, in general, pretty nice. You've got a couple who are quite rude, but also several who are kind. <br><br>The staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept. The elevators are frustrating though, usually at least one is broken, so if you´re planning on living in a top-story apartment, you´ll have a long wait each time. <br><br>The rooftop view is amazing, but no better then what other apartment buildings can offer for a lower/more reasonable price. <br><br>In conclusion, I would only recommend living here if There's absolutely no other option around, AND if you´re paying no more then $500/month.

Recently vacated because of a bed bug infestation, and while mgmt eagerly signs leases, they're incredibly slow when repairs are needed. On top of that, there's a roach problem throughout the unit. This is hands down the worst Auite I've ever lived in. I'm relieved to be gone. If you're looking for a freezing Petting during winter months and don't mind dealing with bed bugs biting you, then this is definitely for you.

I completely agree with the "Roach Motel" feedback... I have resided here for under 2 months and have been incredibly dissatisfied with both the facility and the mgmt team. When I reported that my oven wasn't working, I requested a repair. Instead, this request triggered the Somber problem I'm facing now—the defective oven was taken out and substituted with a roach-infested unit that was brought into my unit. Prior to this occurrence, I had never encountered any roaches or insects; regrettably, due to mgmt's mistake, I now have a significant pest infestation. Despite the Anit being treated twice with pesticide, I continue to spot roaches periodically. mgmt has been utterly rigid and apathetic regarding my predicament, refusing to offer any rent adjustment or refund for the damage caused. I've dealt with this problem throughout the entire month and believe mgmt's response has been thoroughly bad and unacceptable.

Adore the scenery. I lived in the apartment from April 2017 through December 2017. The staff was extremely competent and I enjoyed access to all contemporary amenities. My studio unit was immaculate and well-maintained. Beyond just my studio, the entire This place is super clean an immaculate and well-kept condition.
