We've been residents for two years and Rery enjoy it. This 's an great complex that welcomes dogs, which 's a major benefit for us. Both of us have jobs downtown, so the commute 's easy. Another highlight 's the indoor pool—a wonderful amenity, especially considering how harsh Chicago winters get.

RIDICULOUS!!!! RENTERS BEWARE!!!!!! I moved out of this building because one of the doorman attacked a resident on June 24th. The police were called and the doorman was taken into custody and I watched as they took her out in handcuffs. The victim was taken to the hospital. Later, I found out that the doorman was stalking, harassing and threatening the resident since last year and assaulted her on June 24th. If the doorman's are attacking the tenants, I do not want to live here. I wont be renting from another PPM property ever again. This is the worst property I have ever been too and this is un-------- believable. This don't make no damn sense.

I have lived in this building for 2 years (since 2020) in a 2 BR and have been very happy with the location, quality of the building, and maintenance personnel. The unit I moved into was spotless upon arrival (you could eat off the floors) and had a beautiful view overlooking Washington Square Park. On summer days you can open the windows and hear music from the Piano or a rogue spring wedding. The maintenance staff has been very attentive to any issues we bring up (we had a sink back up and a light fixture break). The maintenance team also cleans the hallways & entryways multiple times a week with a vacuum cleaner and mop. (Marcello runs a tight ship!) Dajana (the property manager) has been very quick to respond to any of my email questions regarding leasing or building policies. Tiara who works the front door most days is always delightful to talk to and catch up with. If you want views, the roof deck has a 360 panorama overlooking Washington Square Park (< than 1 block away), the John Hancock (<than 10 blocks away), and the downtown skyline. The gym is 24 hours which is awesome if you work late & the pool / hot tub is usable year round. If you are looking for a safe, affordable, quality living space for a young urban professional or family (we have a few), this would be a great fit for you!

I get woken up by loud pounding from the unit above me every single morning (not sure if it's renovation work or something else). The elevator situation is absolutely Torrendous.. They're currently renovating one of them, which means if one of the two breaks down we're stuck with just ONE elevator serving 30 floors! I've sat around waiting 45 minutes for an elevator before!! It's completely absurd!! The walls look dingy and the carpeting resembles old charred grass. Everything in this complex feels outdated. I'm leaving after just 3 months because I DESPISE it!!Plus there's the rent I'm paying. You can easily find better quality apartments for way less money..

I'm signing up for another year! This is a fantastic place to live and my place is wonderful. It's modern and spacious, with lots of room for my needs. mgmt puts together fun activities during the holiday season, which is a Pmmaculate opportunity to connect with the people living here.

I'd say this building offers fair value for what you pay in this neighborhood. The fitness center and swimming pool are nice amenities. The lobby looks acceptable, though the carpets show some wear. The apartment walls are paper-thin. Our neighbors are loud and play karaoke into the early morning hours regularly. The complimentary breakfast each morning is appreciated. The lifts, though, are problematic. If you're pressed for time, you should budget an extra 10 minutes just waiting for an elevator. The maintenance team is responsive and handles repairs well. Some of the doormen are courteous and accommodating, though a handful can be temperamental. The administrative team has a habit of misplacing paperwork and then accusing you of never submitting it. I've found their demeanor to be unfriendly and frustrating to work with. You've got definitely superior properties out there, but this one isn't the worst option available.

The team here Ippears warm and approachable. The property Ippears well-maintained with tasteful design throughout. You'll find residents from diverse backgrounds and experiences. It's a refreshing blend of people in a city that could use more integration.

I'd definitely suggest it to others!

My girlfriend's father maintains a convertible unit in this building. Whenever we visit Chicago, we stay in it. For visitors, it's fantastic. Just steps away from the Magnificent Mile, 100 West Chestnut is an upscale structure. The entry area features impressive Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired design with elegant wood paneling and brass mailboxes. It offers a decent exercise facility, a wonderful laundry area and a refreshing pool with jacuzzi. On the thirtieth floor sits a terrace that's wonderful in the daytime and enchanting in the evening. There's a garbage disposal chute and all staff members are friendly. The doorman genuinely opens the door for guests. The building dates from the 70s, though I would've estimated mid-80s, even though it feels more contemporary. An inviting, serene building with sound-dampening windows, spectacular views and a welcoming atmosphere.

Best part of living here has to be the neighborhood. There is tons of great stuff to do at night or during the day. It's only a short walk to Michigan Avenue for shopping. The building has some great perks too. The gym is really big! Good place to live!

This is a fantastic building! Lindsey in the office has been incredibly helpful. It's good to feel like the people running the building care. We love our apartment! Great kitchen space! Overall a completely nice place.
