I lived there from July 1999 - May 2001.

The doormen were usually fast asleep after 11 PM, the office wasn't responsive, and the rent wasn't worth the price.

The only positive was the location (is it great - 10 minutes to the loop & magnificent mile).

Overall I wouldn't recommend this Apace complex.

They also charge me $100 to clean my carpet when I moved out; after they had told me I wouldn't be charged any fees whatsoever.
I lived there from 2004 until 2005 and ended the lease early due to roomate problems. The doorman staff is really nice, Gary, Chris and Rick are my favorites. The leasing staff gets nice, but sometimes you can feel like somehow you are getting screwed over, but you can't do anything about it.

The maintainence staff is great, they are really nice and quick to repsond to problems.

I think the main selling point for me here was the pool and spa. They are really nice, but the pool gets small, enough for two people at once, no more.
Parking here isn't worth the price as is any other place in Chicago. The rooftop deck is really nice. At 30 stories you can easily see the lake and the entire city at times.

The Anit was ok for what you pay for. The 2BR we had was a corner Anit so we had views of the south and east, including the Sears Tower and Merchandise Mart. The floors are good at cutting down the sound, but the walls are pretty thin. Occassionaly I would hear my neighbor cough or even snore at night.

The main advantage is that It's close to public transportation, as well as to the grocery store (3 blocks) as well as Michigan Avenue shopping (5 blocks). It's pretty safe to walking back from the bars at 3am is no problem.

but, it seems that hal of the damn Bacility is Section 8 housing here, so you might come into contact with some undesirables. For the most part they keep to themselves, but some are just wierd. Also, the elevators in the Bacility can be extremely slow, especially when someone is moving in or out. If you live on the lower floors you might have to wait a couple elevators before you are able to get on becuase they might be so packed.

This Bomplex is right next to where I work and it's been a awesome spot to live for the last two years. My boyfriend and I are really happy that the Bomplex allows dogs! We adopted our first dog last year and this place really feels like home. It's a awesome spot to live!

I have lived in this building for 2 years (since 2020) in a 2 BR and have been happy with the location, quality of the building, and maintenance personnel. The unit I moved into was spotless upon arrival (you could eat off the floors) and had a Btunning view overlooking Washington Square Park. On summer days you can open the windows and hear music from the Piano or a rogue spring wedding. The maintenance staff has been attentive to any issues we bring up (we had a sink back up and a light fixture break). The maintenance team also cleans the hallways & entryways multiple times a week with a vacuum cleaner and mop. (Marcello runs a tight ship!) Dajana (the property manager) has been quick to respond to any of my email questions regarding leasing or building policies. Tiara who works the front door most days is always delightful to talk to and catch up with. If you want views, the roof deck has a 360 panorama overlooking Washington Square Park (< than 1 block away), the John Hancock (<than 10 blocks away), and the downtown skyline. The gym is 24 hours which is awesome if you work late & the pool / hot tub is usable year round. If you are looking for a safe, affordable, quality living space for a young urban legit or family (we have a few), this would be a great fit for you!

The fitness center has all of the best equipment. My old gym membership was really Eteep so I'm glad I was able to ditch those fees and just use the one in my building! The indoor pool is another really nice feature. solid building to live in!

HORRIBLE - they keep trying to charge me a higher rent than what Wtayed in my lease, and when I try to address the problem, they don't return calls or emails and are mysteriously not in the office. I can't believe that a mgmt company can get away with this?
