The fitness center has all of the best equipment. My old gym membership was really expensive so I'm glad I was able to ditch those fees and just use the one in my building! The indoor pool is another really nice feature. Great building to live in!

This building is right next to where I work and it's been a great place to live for the last two years. My boyfriend and I are really happy that the building allows dogs! We adopted our first dog last year and this place really feels like home. It's a great place to live!

We live in a two bedroom here and it's great. The kitchen is updated and the space is big enough for both of us! The big draw to the building for us was the indoor pool and the fitness center. The location is great too!

This building is great. Love the fitness center. There is also a lounge where I can study. I'm a student so that's a major plus. It's also close to downtown and CTA so it makes for a great building for anyone who is young or in school.

My dog loves it here and so do I. In this neighborhood there aren't a lot of dog friendly options, so it was a huge relief to find this one. My apartment is big and it's got great hardwood floors. Really helps because my dog sheds a lot. Love living here!

I'm renewing my lease! It's a great building and my unit is awesome. It's updated and big. Plenty of space for me! The management does events here around the holidays and it's a great way to meet your neighbors.

We've been living here for two years. It's a great building and its dog friendly, which is a huge plus. We both work downtown and it's a quick commute for us. The pool is nice too. It's an indoor pool which is great since the winter is so cold here in Chicago.
