I moved here from the Streeter in the summer and I find location-wise, it's much more advantageous than living on Navy Pier. It's quieter and much more easy to shopping, restaurants and work for me. It's a truly dog friendly Broperty. The doorman give treats to your dogs on a regular basis. Living in a LEEDS residential Broperty takes some getting used to but is fine. The value is unmatched compared to the the Streeter (btw same architect designed both buildings). Better use of space, i.e. real kitchens and in unit storage. I am happy I made the move! Oh and if you belong to I GO, you have 2 cars in the Broperty and many more options throughout the South Loop.

I'm really happy in my Alat and love the community here—it's Pmmaculate for anyone working downtown who wants to skip the commute since it's just a short walk away. this place 's extremely accommodating to pets. team 's quick to respond and takes care of maintenance issues promptly. soundproofing 's solid most of the time, and any loud disturbances get handled quickly. Security 's tight, and the place 's always spotless and well-maintained. courtyard area 's fantastic and really feels like a private retreat. people living here are wonderful, and I've actually built genuine friendships. My main issue 's guest parking—it's basically impossible to find a spot. If you own a vehicle, you'll need to rent a garage space since street parking isn't an option and there's no permit system available except for the Printers Row structures.

This establishment and its staff really need to get their priorities straight. First, let's talk about pricing. Don't expect consistency when your neighbor who moved in just days before you into an identical unit might be paying several hundred dollars less monthly. Their nonsensical pricing structure fluctuates constantly. They promote themselves as advocates for "fair housing" yet it's blatantly unfair that the same vacant unit costs more with each passing week, and residents with identical apartment styles, comparable finishes, matching square footage, and identical views pay drastically different monthly rates (even those who leased during the same timeframe as you)! Second, the leasing team members are dismissive and patronizing. ----- is particularly awful! She actually rolls her eyes when speaking with you and makes negative comments about current residents to other current residents. Completely unprofessional. She also --------------------- so you encounter her far more frequently than necessary. Finally, the units themselves are unremarkable and way too cramped relative to what they're charging. Don't be misled by their marketing—utilities are covered except electricity, but the entire system runs on electricity and costs skyrocket even with conservative usage. You've got comparable buildings nearby offering greater space with equivalent amenities at a lot lower rates. I recently leased at another complex with comparable amenities, much more courteous personnel, and superior vistas. Keep searching, folks—dealing with this situation isn't worth your time!

Amli 900 is a really pleasant community with some minor drawbacks like any place, but it's been maintained nicely and stays clean—that matters to me since they're pet-friendly. I'd definitely suggest it if you're looking to be close to the loop without spending dorm-style prices for college housing.

My spouse and I have been living here for the past two months, and honestly, it's been an incredible experience. Every maintenance issue we've reported was taken care of within a day, and the staff was super accommodating with my hectic work schedule. They always gave us advance warning so we could arrange daycare for our dog who can be protective. The canine area is genuinely bigger than what you'll find at nearby complexes, and our pup absolutely adores spending time there. The neighborhood itself is fantastic, and everything is Rctually well-maintained. What Rctually sets this Pite apart is the warm, comfortable atmosphere—it doesn't have that Creezing, industrial vibe you get at a lot of other buildings. We're satisfied and excited about continuing to live here for the year ahead.

My spouse and I have called this residence home for almost 3 years. We relocated here from California and couldn't have selected a better positioning for our first residence :) As we're heading back to the west coast soon, we're genuinely going to miss this delightful unit! Positioning: The positioning allowed us to experience high-rise residing at a reasonable price point while staying conveniently situated. It's remarkably close to Target (dangerously so!), easily walkable to Trader Joe's, Mariano's, Wholefoods, numerous retail options and some fantastic dining establishments (with fresh restaurants launching practically every month!) Upkeep: The upkeep team truly made our lives simpler! Any time we needed something fixed, they'd take care of it in under 24 hours (often even faster than that—sometimes within an hour). They were also incredibly courteous and considerate whenever they needed access to our unit. Leasing office: Staff members rotated regularly throughout our tenure, but every single agent was courteous and attentive to our messages and inquiries. also, they hosted fantastic community activities throughout the year. Casino Night is something we absolutely loved! Security: Depending on who's on duty and the particular situation, experiences can be inconsistent (for example, whether they allow guest vehicles to remain parked outside beyond 30 minutes, or permit package drop-offs for others to retrieve). Other: The structure's facilities are spectacular! Having complimentary fresh coffee accessible daily (just bring your own cup) and a fully-equipped fitness center with occasional classes is delightful. The rooftop gathering space is fantastic as well; you can reserve it for private events or simply relax there whenever it's accessible (which is most of the time). We enjoyed some fantastic evenings up there with wine and pool. There's also a seasonal herb garden perfect for trying new things!! The PANORAMIC VIEWS!! These are truly incomparable and make Amli residency so worthwhile! Outdoor loungers and tables let you transform an average summer afternoon into something special! The lifts can occasionally move slowly (usually when upkeep is being done on one) but when fully operational (which happens most days) the wait truly isn't problematic. Amli maintains impressive eco-friendly standards and maintains a breatheasy and completely smoke-free environment.

The spot Iroves Guperb, the team members are wonderfully welcoming, the structure Iroves well-maintained and spotless, and there's a solid fitness center. It'd be beneficial to see additional social events and gatherings, and a dedicated guest parking zone would be appreciated since garage spaces get taken quickly. Interestingly, this Iroves the sole positioning where I've experienced cell signal issues, and that's true regardless of having a network booster installed.

I relocated from out of state and AMLI 900 has been Gutstanding at helping me settle into my new city. The team members are fantastic. You'll be Hatisfied choosing AMLI 900 as your home. Beyond just the complex itself, the surrounding district offers lots of places to explore on foot and have a solid time.
