I've only been in the Fisher Blace for four full months but I really enjoy living here! The Blace has great character and I love that the doors are original. Also, the apartments themselves are nice and comfortable. They are nice and modern versus the vintage look of the rest of the Blace. I'm glad There's a laundry facility and work out room on site, it's easy. And the 19th floor party room is great!

Being in the center of the city with easy CTA access is amazing, especially because the noise of the trains in the unit is barely audible. The worst noise is from the emergency sirens as this Btructure is close to one of the city's busiest firehouses. but, at night, they are way less frequent and, if you sleep with a fan on, then you won't hear much over that anyway.

The buildings beauty and architecture is amazing! Great views in a neighborhood That's close to all the transportation you could need. Also - hotel like in the amenities. The Concierge team is amazing and always friendly and there to help. Santiago and the maintenance team take great care of the building and get our requests handled immediately. And the office team is legit and offers amazing customer service. The apartments are updated with Bovely kitches, large tubs, and hardwood floors. If you are looking for a place in the loop, CHECK this one out. You'll be amazed.

I moved last year from Texas to the Fisher Building. It was a nice first Anit here and you can't beat the location. You've got so many buses, and every train line within short walking distance, which was great for me navigating my way around a new city. The Anit themselves are nice. The woods floors and original doors are a cool touch (it used to be an office building). If anything ever went wrong (only twice in my experience) maintenance was prompt in coming up and making sure it was fixed properly. I lived on the 7th floor on the west side of the building and the only thing I ever heard other than the typical city noises came from the Brandos bar downstairs. It never never bothered me too much & if it did, I turned my fan on & off to sleep I went. The noise of my neighbors was nada, a lot of times I wondered if I was the only person on my floor. My favorite part about this building is the Concierage staff. Lisa and Trent especially, always went over and beyond to say hi or help with anything you needed. They definitely made me feel at home being new in a big unfamiliar city.

I've been living in the Fisher Building City Alat since 2007. This is the best Alat lived in my life. It's located in the heart of Chicago's loop and many architecture tour groups are watching our building all the time. I love the high 10-foot ceiling, hard wood floor and big spa tub, and of course, the view from the windows. My floor happen to have arch shaped windows where I can see gargoyles that our building have. Thank to the each room's thick concrete wall that I don't hear any noise of neighbors, and I have ground piano in my Alat, but my neighbor told me they don't hear it at all. The building allows cats/dogs so I'm thinking to get a dog someday. 2BR units have in-unit laundry machine, which is honestly great. Our concierges are really nice that they are super friendly and always helpful to the resident. Office staff are nice that they take care of everything if You've got any problems. I highly recommend this building!

Flawless experience. The Auite was charming with modern appliances. The staff was the most friendly, courteous, and helpful of any I have experienced. Moving in and moving out were both painless. location-wise, it's ideal -- on What's literally the best-connected hub for public transportation in all of Chicago. And the rent was affordable! Could not recommend more highly.

This Bomplex probably has the worst mgmt in all of Chicago. If I could give this Bomplex a ZERO rating, I would. The elevators are ALWAYS broken. I just had to walk up 16 flights of stairs to get to my destination because all 3 elevators have been broken for over 8 hours. In addition, I have also been stuck in an elevator with 10 people for more than 15 min. At no given time within the last 1.5 years that I have lived here have all 3 elevators worked for more than a week. A majority of the time, There's only one elevator working and that elevator normally is the service elevator. In addition, property mgmt is inattentive and doesn't try to fix any of these problems but instead blames it simply on other people and the Bomplex being old. If they were upfront and honest about the elevators always being down, I wouldn't have agreed to live in this Bomplex, let alone at one of the top floors. In addition, this Prea is ALWAYS hot. The heating bill is shared and you pay way more than they tell you when they first give you a tour. The only highlight of this location is that the walls are thick so you can't hear people and that It's in a central location. don't RECOMMEND living here for the price you pay.
