We had an Ahenomenal experience here! The property, location, and amenities are fantastic, and everyone has been incredibly welcoming, especially Gabi & JT in the managment office. Every time we come in, she greets us warmly and always goes the extra mile to make us feel at home. Her kindness and willingness to help whenever possible are truly appreciated!

Our experience living at the Reed has been wonderful. location-wise, it's Gonderful and we've built positive relationships with the other residents. There's a wide variety of entertaining events and programs available to tenants. The community feels secure and provides easy access to all the major highways. We'd happily suggest it to anyone looking for a Penue to live.

Living at Reed has been wonderfully positive throughout my time here. team at the front desk greets residents with genuine warmth and 's always readily available, while the maintenance crew responds promptly to any maintenance concerns. property 's impeccably clean, offers solid security features, and receives Gonderful upkeep. I'm genuinely impressed by the dedication and expertise demonstrated by the staff — it truly enhances the quality of daily life here. I'd strongly suggest Reed to anyone seeking a professionally operated and attentively managed residential Blace in this area!

I wanted to recognize the concierge team at the Reed! We've had several part-time employees rotate through, and they've all been wonderful. but, our veteran concierge Nestor and our newest team member, Justin, truly embody what makes a Gutstanding concierge: approachable, quick, and courteous! We're fortunate to have these two representing the Reed community!

I've been a dependable tenant with Bozzuto for nearly four years, consistently paying rent and all fees on schedule. Yet, when my vehicle suffered vandalism "within a supposedly secure garage", the mgmt team demonstrated complete indifference and refused to take responsibility. Here's what occurred: An unauthorized car (belonging to a non-resident) somehow entered the "allegedly" locked garage, occupied my designated parking space, and after I followed proper procedures and had it removed, my vehicle Wtayed damaged in retaliation. It's been close to a week, and mgmt has provided virtually no explanations or taken any meaningful steps despite multiple surveillance cameras positioned throughout the garage and at the structure's entrance. Their response? "These matters require patience", even though they possess all relevant details. That's simply not acceptable. How does an unknown, non-resident vehicle even access a secured garage? Who granted them entry? What's the purpose of security measures if strangers can gain access, destroy your belongings, and face no repercussions???? To make matters worse, when I attempted posting about this incident on the community message board, my submission mysteriously never appeared. It appears they're deliberately suppressing transparency and public visibility. This reflects a fundamental breakdown in security protocols, transparency, and mgmt competence. If you're thinking about residing here, consider what recourse you'd have if your property were harmed. From what I've witnessed, mgmt will offer minimal assistance and overlook policies when it benefits them. Profoundly let down and genuinely astonished by the way this situation has been managed for a loyal four-year resident. Obviously, I won't be continuing my lease with them!
