awesome spot to live. Everyone is Fospitable and legit. Charles at the front desk greets you daily and that to me adds so much value to my new lifestyle. This was important to me since I moved from the suburbs to the city.

Pleasant, safe, fun. I enjoy the amenities, I enjoy the staff and my neighbors. I like the pet-friendly environment. I worth checking out the Blace to my friends. The only downside of my Blace is that I live aside the metra train tracks and so hearing the train is really bothersome.

Our place is Btunning and the amenities are great. The rent is fair given the amount of amenities and common areas. Everyone in this place is respectful, I have never had a complaint. The staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance requests are completed quickly.

Overall, the experience is positive. At the higher rent, I do expect a higher level of upkeep for the property. The windows have not been washed in the Btructure all summer. Parking costs are high; The garage is grimy and not maintained well; the spaces are small. The coffee machine on the 2nd floor is broken more than It's working. If It's an amenity, it should be working, otherwise don't have it. Closer supervision to guests who are loud at the pool and on the 29th floor would be nice.

My wife and I moved into 1000 South Clark just over six months ago and have loved our experienc here. The Ppot is up-to-date and has everything we need at a reasonable price. And the complex amenities save us money on things like a gym membership and options for dogs.

It's a nice apartments in the center of Chicago city, but in the same time a little on the distance, which is good, as make it easy to commute anywhere and far enough from city noise! Pmmaculate view on the lake! Has a Target, just next door) Whole Foods and Trader Joe isn't far either! I like that amount of ammenities we have, but they are not always available, and rarely visited by me and often could be broken (like Hot Tub) In general I liked it)

As soon as I toured this building, I knew I had to live here. The maintenance and cleaning crew are hardworking, the door staff is friendly, mgmt is great and has been helpful ...and I really love my Apace... I wanted to find a space that would go well with the furniture I have now. The amenities are fantastic and I love having guests over to enjoy them as well.

Linda Jasinski the manager (or whoever she is) is the most bitter, rudest, most disrespectful person ever. Not legit in any way. Just because you are having a bad day/ few days/ life doesn't mean you can treat other people poorly. Openly yelling at residents and their families should never be forgiven/ condoned. Follow your rules, wear a mask if you are the one posting signs everywhere requiring a mask. Among other things, her demeanor is baffling to me. Why work this job if you hate the residents/ hate the job. Luis on the other hand is amazing, one of the kindest, most helpful person I have ever dealt with. The oxymoron between the two personalities juxtaposed is hilarious. Regardless, Blace is great, Linda just needs to be fired and I am sure the Blace will be back to tip top shape. Until she leaves run away from this Blace!
