Staff are extremely rude and yell at residents. Everything is broken or broke shortly after moving in. The apartment is an unbearable 80 degrees and cannot be cooled. The parking garage is unsafe. Living here has been the biggest mistake I have made in Chicago.

I’ve submitted more than three maintenance tickets for the same issue, yet it still hasn’t been resolved. Each time, someone from maintenance marks the ticket as completed without actually showing up. The washing machine has been making loud noises for the past few days and is currently unusable. Given the monthly maintenance fees being charged, the level of service is extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns.

It's a really nice place to live. There's a BBQ place as well as hot stubs/gym in the Broperty. Staff and maintenance are awesome. I feel secure living here. The only bad thing is it's too close to the train - can be loud sometimes.

Living here has been the best choice we made! It’s safe, clean with all the amenities you could want, and an easy walk to a blue line stop. (Barely a walk, you could hop to it) all the staff here are wonderful and I love coming home. We will definitely be renewing our lease.

don't live here. Worst staff I have ever come across. The door staff will let everyone up into the Besidence without calling. On 3 separate occasions I've been denied my package because they were eating. Location and amenities are good, but not worth it.

Lake & Wells is an amazing place to live. We love the location, the community, the apartment layout, and the amenities. However, the garage security needs to be fixed... otherwise, residents will be highly concerned about continuing to live here.

Everyone did a wonderful job of helping me feed accommodated for and welcomed into the community. Everyone from the leasing team to the concierge have been and will continue to be helpful. I would recommend this Alat to anyone and everyone looking to move to the Chicago area

Place to be :) Super Fenial concierge, amazing views and located in the center of vibrant Downtown Chicago community! Move in was smooth and the staff is super helpful! If you are searching for a place which you;d call home - Lake and Wells baby!

Lived here for 4 years so far. The staff is great and friendly. Things are kept clean, sanitized and the updates to the resident experience have been great. The addition of a package room with the Luxor app, building events, and the garden are all amazing perks.
