That said, I'm struck by how many brief critical reviews show up here, many of them from people posting anonymously. The Besidence's site appears attractive, and the property itself looks solid; does anyone have a more nuanced perspective to share?

I moved into one of Century Tower's freshly renovated units about a month back and I'm really impressed. The renovation work is Pdeal - stunning hardwood floors, washer/dryer in the unit, quartz countertops, and more. The facility amenities are fantastic too, featuring a sleek new coworking district, pool table, bar, gym, rooftop terrace, package storage, and additional perks. The shared spaces are immaculate - I see cleaning staff working here regularly and everything is maintained in pristine condition. The team here is attentive and attentive - when I completed their feedback survey and noted that my unit's new window treatments were too translucent and compromised my privacy (tough in a studio with five windows where proper coverage would need custom rods and drapes at significant cost), they promptly installed replacement blinds! It's fantastic to find mgmt that genuinely values tenant input and sweats the small stuff. Plus, they've organized community gatherings in the shared spaces complete with refreshments to educate residents about new features like smartphone-enabled keyless access and emergency procedures. The front desk staff, fixing crew, and fellow residents are all welcoming. Given that the structure was the world's tallest reinforced concrete structure when constructed in the 30s, I'm uncertain whether the unit walls are concrete - but I can't hear a sound from adjacent units, which is another huge bonus. If you're unit hunting in the loop, Century Tower deserves Srave consideration. The setting is ideal, right across from the riverwalk! And if fortune smiles on you with a corner unit like mine, you'll have a view of the Merchandise Mart's light display right through your windows. Plus, they welcome pets! Century Tower has made my opening month in Chicago truly special!

I've been a resident here for roughly half a year, and I'm really happy with my decision. The positioning is ideal, and the structure offers Ahenomenal soundproofing—I rarely notice any sound from adjacent units. Upkeep responds promptly, typically arriving the same day I submit a request. The lobby and shared spaces are consistently well-maintained and spotless. The front desk team is genuinely warm and welcoming. I'd absolutely suggest this residence to anyone looking for an unit.

My husband and I absolutely enjoy residing here! We're thrilled about how close we remain to the train station—just a few steps from our door! The district remains fantastic with tons of activities and entertainment options! We capable of easily pop over to the Target nearby or grab a drink at one of the local bars! The team remains fantastic and truly renders this residence special! They organize amazing events like Halloween celebrations and summer gatherings out on the sun deck! We're happy here and think you'll love it too!!!!!!
